Additionally, a hot tub is available in the garden (for an extra fee), perfect for moments of family relaxation.

Im großen, wunderschön angelegten, naturnahen Garten gibt es einen Grill und Gartenmöbel zum gemütlichen Verweilen. Ein großer, gepflegter, direkt an der Terrasse gelegener Fischteich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Im Sommer zum abkühlen oder im Winter zum aufwärmen gibt es einen Holzbefeuerten Badezuber. Desweiteren ist eine Sauna mit Holzofen vorhanden. Vom Garten aus begeht man den ca. 80 Kilometer langen Radwanderweg am Ems-Jade-Kanal. Der Kanal ist ein Paradies für Angler.

Unser historisches Anwesen besteht aus einem 120 Jahre alten Schulhaus und einem ca. 100 Jahre alten Rathaus inmitten unberührter Natur auf einem parkähnlich angelegtem Grundstück. Im alten Schulhaus erstreckt sich das Ferienhaus Alte Schule über 2 Etagen mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 140 qm. Im Anbau des alten Rathauses befindet sich der Gästetrakt mit einem Wellnessbereich im EG und den 2 Ferienwohnungen Samtmuschel (ca. 60 qm) und Herzmuschel (ca. 50 qm) im OG.

It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.
