Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Frigiliana

Roberto was great to deal with and very friendly on our arrival. The house was lovely, very well equipped and was a perfect location as we were visiting friends in the village. The place was very clean and had some lovely features and a spacious terrace that had fantastic views. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we visit next.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived everything was smooth, flexible check in and clear friendly communication made us feel welcome. The villa itself is spacious, spotless, well equipped, with plenty of room to relax both inside and out. The outdoor space is special, peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Sitting on the terrace, sharing meals and chatting in such a marvelous setting, was a real highlight for all of us. Antonio and Ana, who look after the property were fantastic, warm, helpful, made sure everything was right. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, with a great personality making the whole process so easy. One of the biggest bonuses was how accessible the villa is. It’s so hard to find genuinely wheelchair friendly places, this one was brilliant thoughtfully set up and easy to navigate. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to return. Highly Recommend!

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

What a stunning piece of paradise in Órgiva! Perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the mountains. Luna is an exceptional host, and the cottage is impeccably maintained—everything you could possibly need is provided. The real highlight is the gorgeous pool and BBQ, complemented by a lovely, naturally shaded spot. Órgiva itself is a delightful place to stay. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Alles was perfect! De locatie, het huisje, het zwembad, het uitzicht, echt alles was geweldig aan deze plek! Wij zouden het zeker aanbevelen! Daarnaast was Philippe een uitstekende host, hij was vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

A mí madre,a mi hermana y a mí nos ha encantado la Casa Mare Nostrum. Desde toda la casa,incluida la zona del porche,el jardín y la piscina hay unas vistas preciosas de la bahía de La Herradura.Ademas se tiene total intimidad. La casa está decorada con muchísimo gusto y resulta muy acogedora.Asimismo está muy bien equipada y cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La iluminación nocturna de la casa,del jardín y de la piscina son perfectos y hay un silencio total para relajarte y descansar. La Herradura es un sitio especial con una playa y unos atardeceres preciosos,así como muchos restaurantes en los que se come fenomenal y cafés para un desayuno o merienda muy agradables. Y Patricia,la anfitriona, ha sido especialmente amable y dispuesta a facilitarnos nuestra estancia desde nuestro primer contacto hasta el día de nuestra salida.Muchisimas gracias por todo Patricia.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning! De ligging is adembenemend, omringd door mooie routes en charmante stadjes. Het zwembad was echt een pluspunt – rustig, privé en perfect om te ontspannen. De buitenruimte met de barbecue was geweldig en we hebben er volop van genoten. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en voelde direct als een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Miguel was een attente en prettige host. Door een grote, onverwachte stroomuitval in Spanje moesten we helaas iets eerder vertrekken vanwege belangrijke communicatieverplichtingen – dit lag absoluut niet aan de woning of de host. Voor lange Nederlanders zoals wij waren de bedden net iets aan de korte kant, maar verder hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Een plek die we zeker aanbevelen en waar we met veel plezier aan terugdenken

The villa is as it looks in the photos - beautiful and very well appointed. It is clean and has everything you would need in terms of cooking utensils, etc. Simon and Laura were very helpful and proactive, and the instructions were detailed and clear (although the PDF is different to the Air BnB manual, which I think was a little out of date in terms of restaurants etc). Dandini is a little treasure. He's always around and ready to greet you as you get home. He is friendly in his own way. A couple of small drawbacks - firstly, although the villa is nicely private, it is a good 15-20 mins walk to the top of Competa (meaning most restaurants and shops are more like 30 mins away). It is a tricky-ish walk during the day because of the very steep drive, the cars are quite fast, and there is very little shade. At night it is more comfortable but the cars still feel a bit dodgy. Secondly, the pool is not heated but I found it fine once I'd braved getting in! Thank you for the great stay.

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Super comfortable sofa and beds. The kitchen has the best of the best in appliances and there was a BBQ that was full with gas for our stay and we BBQ’d most evenings. Stunning views surrounding the villa of the mountains and the sea. We will definitely be coming back. Our host was incredible and so responsive. We had a small baby and they provided us with a cot, baby bouncer and baby chair! We even locked ourselves out and our host arrived within 20 minutes to let us back in! They could not have been more accommodating! 10/10!!

Vietimme upean viikon Villa Cataleyassa lasten ja lastenlasten kanssa. Asunto oli kolmessa tasossa ja rappuja oli paljon, joten oli hienoa, että lapset oli huomioitu toimivin portein. Asunto oli muutenkin hyvin varusteltu kodinkoneineen ja astiastoineen. Piha uima-altaineen on suojaisa ja lapsille mukava paikka leikkiä ja pelailla. Myös aikuisille löytyy riittävästi aurinkotuoleja, grilli ym. Maisemat olivat todella kauniit meri- ja vuoristonäköaloineen ja Frigilianan kylä kauppoineen ja ravintoloineen lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Nerjan kaupunkiin pääsee bussilla hyvin lähellä asuntoa olevalta pysäkiltä. Arvo Antero

Eine Traumhafte Unterkunft. Perfekt für Paare. Man ist gänzlich ungestört und mit absoluter Privatsphäre gesegnet. Die Aussicht und das Häuschen sind wunderschön und laden zum verweilen oder einen gemütlichen Tag am Pool ein. Die Fahrt hoch auf den Berg ist etwas langwierig, man wird durch die tolle Aussicht jedoch bestens entschädigt. Wir empfanden die Lage der Unterkunft als optimalen Mittelpunkt für Ausflüge nach Ronda, Sevilla, Granada und Cordoba. Zu jedem Ziel sind es zwischen 1,5 -2,5 Stunden Autofahrt (alle vier absolut empfehlenswert). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Helga ist eine absolut zuverlässige und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Little Alhambra is an amazing place. The property consists of three separate houses and two swimming pools and is really secluded from any neighbours. Everything is super clean and decorated with a lot of taste. The garden, which consists of palm trees and cypresses is really well maintained. The views are also great, you can see the picturesque town of Frigiliana as well as the sea. We stayed here with 16 friends aged around 30. The place is so big that if you want to have a quiet moment from the group, there are multiple possibilities. The host is also very friendly, helpful and very quick in communication. We really had a unforgettable week here. I would definitely recommend this place!

Très jolie maison dans un cadre paisible avec une vue magnifique ! Il ne manque rien, tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents. La maison est très propre, la piscine aussi. Angel est très disponible et réactif . Nous avons apprécié ses recommandations et les petits cadeaux gourmands à l’arrivée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We loved our stay in this tiny Andalusian village in the hills. It was in a peaceful and beautiful location. We felt so at home there and loved the traditional feel to the house. We ate outside every mealtime, enjoying the views from the wonderfully spacious garden and made the most of the pool. We ventured out to Competa and visited a great new restaurant (by day) and also a trendy insta worthy bar (by night) called Adrianos. We also visited the coast once (be careful not to take the small mountain road back. Big mistake on our part!). We knew the parking was on the road, but the access steps to the house are uneven and steep which was not a problem in the slightest for my husband and but proved a struggle for my mother in law and her wonky hip! Maybe make that clearer for those who find access tricky. All in all, we loved it here and are so grateful for the handy hints offered by the owners so promptly. We hope to return with our grown up children next year! Thank you.

Während unseres achtägigen Aufenthalts haben wir viel von der Umgebung erkundet. Abends konnten wir die milden Nächte auf der großen, liebevoll eingerichteten Terrasse mit Meerblick der großen Wohnung entspannt genießen. Durch die östliche Ausrichtung von Fensterfront und Terrasse konnte man zum Sonnenaufgang frühstücken und abends im Schatten grillen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Neben allen benötigten Geräten waren auch viele nützliche Dinge vorhanden, wie eine umfangreiche Gewürzpalette und eine große Auswahl an Geschirr. Es fehlte uns an nichts, denn neben zwei Wäschespinnen waren auch Tauchermasken und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Selbst als wir einen technischen Defekt im Haus hatten, hat sich Charis schnell und souverän darum gekümmert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen – eine klare Empfehlung für Paare, Gruppen (3–5 Personen) und Familien.

Amazing house in a great quiet neighborhood. Everything was top notch.

El alojamiento de Steve es simplemente espectacular. Las vistas son magníficas (a mi entender este es el punto fuerte del alojamiento) y las terrazas son un plus a tener en cuenta, tanto para comer con bellas vistas a Frigiliana, como para tomar el sol o hacerte una barbacoa. En lo que concierne al alojamiento en sí, todo estaba según la descripción del anuncio y funcionaba perfectamente. Los sofás son cómodos, la TV es moderna, el Wifi funcionaba perfecto, la cocina estaba completamente equipada y los electrodomésticos funcionaban según se espera. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, espaciosas y con amplios armarios. Por la noche no se escucha ni un alma, lo cual te permite descansar cómodamente. Y por último el baño también es espacioso y con luz natural. La entrada y la salida fueron sencillas y autónomas, y todo estaba muy limpio y recogido. Sin duda, muy recomendable, tanto el alojamiento como Frigiliana.

Wir haben uns bei Mónica rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist in den Bergen und damit sehr privat und ruhig. Alles war super sauber, Mónica hat sich bestens um unsere Ankunft gekümmert und uns schon vorab Tipps für die Organisation gegeben, die sehr praktisch waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Geweldige plek om te verblijven in de bergen van Sayalonga. Fantastisch uitzicht, leuke plekjes om te zitten en loungen rondom het huis en volledig uitgerust huis.

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!
