A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Giddy Cottage

Giddy Cottage is a single storey cottage, with single a step in the hallway and to the living room. It sleeps four, with one double room and one twin room. There is a bath and an overhead shower along with a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The living room features a smart TV and French doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and they will receive a welcome basket, there is a surcharge of £45 per pet. Ample parking is available with the car park close by.

Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
