This unique 150 year old stone cottage truly has a style of its own. Careful consideration has been given to this contemporary accommodation which will comfortably sleep 6 people. Set over 3 floors with 2 separate entrances and includes a lower ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is at the heart of the the picturesque village of Crich which is just a stones throw from Matlock, the famous Derwent Valley World Heritage site and on the edge of the Peak District National Park.

Hazel Lodge luxury log cabin

Hazel Lodge is new to Sam’s Derbyshire cottage. This beautiful lodge is set on a working farm between south wingfield and crich. The lodge has 2 bedrooms 1 double and twin rooms, the bathroom is spacious with a shower over the bath. The open plan living kitchen and dinning area is great for entertaining with a 40” smart tv. The hot tub is very private with looks down the valley great for star gazing! There is a big decking area with table and chairs for long nights sat outside.

The cottage is located in what us locals call the 'town end' and the prime location to enjoy walks and everything that the village has to offer. Having been our home for many years, before moving on to start our family, we hope that you enjoy your stay in our little cottage as much as we did living here.

Boothswood Barn in Holbrook

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance

A lovely simple semi detached 2 bedroom bungalow, situated on a quiet private road in the heart of Derbyshire. From its courtyard garden Sunnyside over looks the beautiful Amber Valley and is a superb place to locate yourself for exploring the local countryside and towns such as Matlock, Belper and Cromford.
