The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Or maybe you'd like to paddle out to a small island and spend the night in a hammock there.

Barbecue and fire pit. 10 min drive to grocery store and gas station. A little over an hour's drive from the ferry terminal Kristiansand and Dyreparken. 25 min to Evje where there are several shops and eateries, go-kart, rafting, mineral park and fishing opportunities. Nice hiking opportunities. Mushroom and berry picking. We speak Norwegian, English, German and Dutch.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Here you wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature in the morning, and can often enjoy the view of grazing deer in the outside of the bedroom with the coffee cup on the bed. Cozy cabin , with what you need There are 2 sleeping rooms with a 90 bed and a room with 120 bed ,double sofa bed. Hiking areas in the forest to mountains. swimming areas, and nice fishing opportunities in the river . winter time :great ski slopes in the mountain area 10 min away by car. The cabin is located in a small village. 10 min away by car you will get to Mykland ,there is a shop that has what is needed, you are going to a larger village it is 35 min to Evje or 50 min drive to the great coastal town of Arendal.

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Big rental house in Gautestad

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay. The hot tub is available Easter to mid October.

Turstier starter rett utenfor døren, og vi vil før ankomst oversende aktivitetshefte for området. Om høsten kan du plukke blåbær, sopp og nyte vakre høstfarger. Om sommeren er det innsjøer i nærheten for bading, fjellturer, fisking m.m.
