Teresa’s place is really nice and clean. Its in a really quite neighbourhood and it is very close to the lake. If you are someone who is looking to have a quite weekend I would recommend this place.

This wasn't my first time in Kingston, but I have to say that Alexandrina's little upstairs apartment ended up being my favourite place to stay in the city. I was impressed with how well stocked it was, from all the basics like a fully equipped kitchen to little extras you wouldn't expect to find like snacks and hassle-free parking. The space was clean, bright and comfortable. Recommended!

We were the first to stay in Jonathan’s place which is above the restaurant he owns. He is a friendly, responsive host and the place has a beautiful water view. One minute from the ferry and easy walking to the store and local restaurants. The unit is spacious and bright. There are steep steps to get up to the unit so may not be the best for anyone with mobility issues.

Would recommend this place for anyone who is planning on visiting Kingston

We returned to Yarker (our former home) for a family wedding and this location was perfect for our family. It was spacious enough for all five adults to stay together comfortably. Amazing closet space ! It was very nice to have a back deck overlooking the river to drink our morning coffee. Would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Earlview! Marc was so very welcoming, the unit was spotless, cozy and stocked with everything EE might need and more! He also provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and other fun things to see and do. The location was walking distance to the historic downtown and many wonderful cafes, great restaurants, art shops, the waterfront and parks. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to return to Earlview!

The place was lovely! As well, Randa was extremely helpful in making local recommendations, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. An excellent host!

My stay exceeded expectations, Shaune was very helpful and was always ready to help if it was needed. The place was very clean and the amenties where easy to locate and use. Overall wonderful stay, looking foward to coming back soon.

Super furnished small accommodation. For us, it's ideal for washing and drying laundry on a road trip. Had everything needed and Scott was easy to reach. Would come back anytime!

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

You can’t go wrong staying at this lovely Bnb! So comfortable and had everything we needed. Super quiet and smack dab right in the middle of everything! Waking up to see City Hall out of our bedroom window was awesome. Beside all of that? Sid is an awesome, warm and kind man! We opened a new store in Kingston and he dropped in and supported us by buying a gift certificate. Can’t say enough about the whole experience! Fantastic!

We had a relaxing stay . Sid met us at front door and even though it was on the second floor Sid carried my bags upstairs for me . On Sid’s recommendation we went straight to a lovely Italian restaurant across road . The kitchen was very good and stove easy to manage . Bath towels lovely and soft with a beautiful smell. Carolyn is a lovely host. The apartment is very cozy. Bed is fantastic. Kitchen has everything you need. The town is a quiet little gem in rural Ontario. Great for writing or time to relax and get away. Highly recommend.

From the very first interaction with Sid, he was very responsive, courteous and professional. He gave very comprehensive guidelines which we found quite helpful. We booked a few weeks before the date. Sid sent us a reminder coming closer to the date which we welcomed. The place was easy to find. Parking was easy. When we arrived, he was there waiting to greet us. He personally gave us a tour of the place. He was very engaging and answered all of our questions. He has a carefully crafted guidebook at the flat- loaded with history and many amazing recommendations of all that Kingston had to offer! The flat itself is like home away from home-clean and very thoughtfully organized .The layout and all the things he placed there made it easy to get comfortable. The location is ideal- it's downtown, close to the waterfront and close to all the great restaurants. It's a 10/10 from us. We highly recommend and have found our home away from home in Kingston for future visits!

This is one of the top Airbnb’s in Kingston. The location is right downtown and walkable to anywhere that most visitors and locals frequent. The apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is lovely (deep tub) and awesome shower, the kitchen is equipped with whatever you need to cook just about anything. Their beautiful back patio which is located on the rooftop above the delicious sandwich shop below is a fantastic way to unwind. No detail is forgotten, complete with personalized welcome sign. Kurt and Nicole are lovely hosts who truly care about providing their guests with the most positive experience possible. Easy and quick communication, to any questions/concerns as well as detailed updates and suggestions of best places to eat and visit while staying in Kingston.
