The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. Located in a 19th-century house with a 5,000-m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90-m² self-contained accommodation unit in a wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15-m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11-m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180-cm bed), a 30-m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

Les Cabanes des Benauges – Mazerolle

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
