Commerces et restaurants à moins de 500m et la mer est à 50m, étang à 100m de l’autre côté superbe emplacement très calme ! Animaux non acceptés. Pas de charge véhicule électrique. Ménage draps serviettes INCLUS.

Elle dispose de 2 chambres et peut accueillir jusqu’à 7 couchages. Vous profiterez d’une grande terrasse aménagée pour les repas et la détente, ainsi que d’une douche extérieure appréciée au retour de la plage ☀️ À moins de 700m du quartier de la Bergerie, proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants. Place de parking incluse.

House in the heart of the vineyards

A little break in the heart of the Frontignan vineyards. Ideally located and easy to access (parking available in front). Highway exit (10 min), close to Balaruc-les-Bains – thermal spa (10 min), Sète (10 min). Also enjoy the beaches (10 min for Frontignan or 15 min on the beaches of Sète). House with garden, wooden terraces (table and deckchair), completely renovated can accommodate up to 6 people. Our bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by a staircase.
