Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Highway exit (10 min), close to Balaruc-les-Bains – thermal spa (10 min), Sète (10 min). Also enjoy the beaches (10 min for Frontignan or 15 min on the beaches of Sète). House with garden, wooden terraces (table and deckchair), completely renovated can accommodate up to 6 people. Our bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by a staircase.

We are located on the heights of Frontignan, 5 km from Sète and 25 from Montpellier. In Frontignan, there are 7 km of beaches (plan to get there by bike, bus or car, free parking throughout the town). We do not make it available for parties.
