Damiano was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very nice and the windows in the living room and kitchen have beautiful views. This was very beautiful and peaceful and the people are very kind.

We came from Florida USA , and were lucky to met Paola personally, she came to meet us and she was very nice an attentive, and friendly, the apartment was very clean , she has cookies for us, everything I need it was there , the place was was super quite and close to everything, the supermarket was 2 doos down which it was a plus , I will recommend Paolas and her place to anyone, from Brenda and Jesus Thank you

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Very well-equipped accommodation and consistent with the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very friendly before and throughout the stay.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from incredible restaurants, charming cafes, and iconic landmarks. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed in Doug's apartment and it couldn't have been any better. Fiuggi is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed our walks through the historic center. We stayed for 10 days and did a little workation. The apartment is well equipped for that (good wifi, kitchen table). The best: Doug has a little arrangement with the nice Caffè del Teatro (right around the corner). Each day you can go there and your host Paola will be happy to serve you a cappuccino or a cornetto. Just perfect! Also, there are beautiful hikes in the area.

We had such an amazing stay! Great location, right next to the train station with easy access to the centre. There was the perfect view of the Vatican from the terrace which was a bonus. The property is gorgeous and super clean! Host is very friendly and responsive - I highly recommend!!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
