A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Within walking distance to grocery store, specialty shops, coffee/ice cream shop, parks, churches, and swimming pool. Welcome to The Cotton House! You will love the modern charm and warm touches this place has to offer. Located 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food options. High speed internet & netflix will make you feel right at home. Laundry is available on the main level for those longer stays. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
