Jimmy’s is 1 entire farmhouse built in 1864 and renovated in 2021. The house has the usual modern conveniences, as well as lots of character. It is in a rural setting , surrounded by farmland and old agricultural buildings . It is just a 5 mins. walk to Campile village , 10 mins. drive to some of our local beaches . Waterford city is a 30 mins drive as is The Hook Lighthouse . JFK Arboretum and Dunbrody Abbey are of walking distance . We are spoilt with many beautiful restaurants &pubs locally.

Small studio - Private, centrally located, self-contained Studio with en-suite, suitable for 1-2 people- situated 2 km from Waterford city. The studio room area is 12.6ft X 6ft space. Studio has its own access located adjacent to a private residential home in a quiet private residential area. Parking right outside the front entrance. There is a private outdoor space for guest only use with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining. Regular buses to city centre and popular beaches Dunmore East and Tramore.

The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Both Wexford town and New Ross are within easy reach as are the popular tourist deitinations of Hook lighthouse, Dunbody Famine ship and the Irish National Heritage Centre.
