This is a great place to stay! There was so much room! We had 6 adults and 2 little kids. Everyone could either congregate inside or outside or do their own thing. The game room was a great feature. We had some fun family competitions! The pool was so nice to escape the heat, then a dip into the hot tub before heading back inside at night was great! If you have a chance to stay here, don’t pass it up!

Maria’s place always delivers. It’s quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Instructions were clear and concise. Plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the weather and views from the pool. We played a few golf courses in the area, which were super close to the house. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked playing basketball too! We didn’t want to leave!

This was my second stay at Palisade Legends with Braycations, and I had a great experience once again. The Honey Bee is a clean, comfortable and modern unit stocked with everything I needed for my three night stay. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Our stay was great! It's a clean place and had everything we needed. The backyard was awesome, although we didn't get to enjoy it because our schedule was packed. Andre is a great host!

This place was fantastic! Brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. If you are a mountain biker, book this place! It's central to all the trails. I can't wait to come back!

Just spent 3 nights for some mountain biking. Great little place in a great location. About as central as you can get to access all the trails. Super clean and well appointed. Obvious it is a complete remodel inside and out. Comfy beds with nice linens, plush towels. Kitchen stocked very well. Lovely little backyard. Walking distance to downtown Fruita. Highly recommend

We had a good time, the upstairs bedroom, you have to go thru the master to get to, so not very private master but we didn’t need that in our stay

We had a great time at the Chainstay. We brought bikes, so the “bike room” was great for us. The house was clean and roomy. Kitchen was nice & had supplies we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the foosball & frisbee goal set up. Fruita is a cool town. Cycling is fantastic- road, gravel, or MTB (On this trip we rode road bikes, but have experienced the gravel & MTB on other visits to the area). Colorado Monument is a must see! If the need arises in the future, we will definitely look to book the Chainstay again.

Perfect spot as a launch off point to any kind of biking and walkable to downtown Fruita. The house was exactly as described and had all amenities needed. The big windows and patio out front were standouts. Would recommend and will be booking this place again!

Fantastic place. The location is great (especially if you’re out for the kokopelli trail) but we were dirt biking in rabbit valley and it’s a quick 15 minute drive. The house had everything you need, and many things you didn’t know you wanted (the power washer and easy access to the garage/game room). If we come to ride this area again this will be the first place we check.

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to enjoy the city. Jeffrey is very responsive and the home was very clean.

We loved this house. Everything was easy to find. Extra linens readily available. Kitchen fully stocked and functional. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The place is beautiful and we felt right at home. We loved the fenced in yard for our pups who made themselves at home. We appreciated how easy it was to walk to the bike path and park to take our dogs to. It got a little toasty to walk around outside during the day but there is a walking bridge that takes you to historic downtown. The neighborhood is in transition and can’t wait to see all the amenities, activities and things to do when the surrounding area has been completed.

Enjoyed walking to downtown and short drive to Colorado National Monument with abundant trails.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very welcoming, very comfortable, very clean and everything in working order. Some of the best communication from a host I ever had. I will be checking to see if Chance has an opening every time I travel to the western slope. Thank you again for a wonderful experience stay in one of your properties.
