Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

Townhouse with a view, in Charming village

Located a few steps from the castle of Montemagno, is our Townhouse which combines modern finishes and rustic country character. Inside, enjoy the uncluttered energy and be treated with renovated finishings, a king size bed, a living and play space, equipped kitchen and fast internet. Outside, enjoy the balcony with stunning views on the hills, or walk amongst the quite streets (vicoli) of the medieval village with its monuments and the circular path overlooking the monferrato hills.

Casa Klous is a beautifully renovated early 20th-century farmhouse that combines historic charm with modern comforts, perfect for gatherings of up to 15 guests. Whether you're looking for relaxation, reconnecting with nature, or a base for exploring the beauty of northern Italy, Casa Klous offers an authentic and memorable experience, perfect for family reunions, retreats, or a relaxing country getaway with friends.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Discover this new and elegant apartment, an open space of kitchen and living room in perfect modern style. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The wood and blue tones of the furnishings convey warmth and harmony, while the unique details enrich the environment: a wonderful terrace with solarium, dining area and barbecue is ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets. Some antique furniture adds a charming touch of tradition.

Independent house surrounded by the vineyards of Monferrato, inside the Colle Manora Estate. Set on three levels, it offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with kitchen corner, and a cozy attic relaxation area. Outside, a private jacuzzi with panoramic views (open from April 1st to September 30th). Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the UNESCO-listed hills, just a short drive from Asti, Alessandria, and top local wineries.

Villa Armonia is a newly renovated residence of about 200 square meters that tells the story of the authentic soul of UNESCO-listed Monferrato. It accommodates up to 6 people in 3 Bd (2 double and 1 twin), with 2 Ba, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional sofa bed. Private garden with outdoor dining area, charming historic cellar, and parking for 3 cars. Surrounded by quiet and beautiful hills.

A paradise with an adjoining villa! House with a Parisian flavor with a breathtaking view to spend romantic and unforgettable days. In the center of the village of Lu Monferrato, in the heart of the Monferrato hills, 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x190 beds) and one with French bed. The blue room has a bathroom in the suite. 2 other bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. All services available in the village.
