Located a few steps from the castle of Montemagno, is our Townhouse which combines modern finishes and rustic country character. Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
