Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

The house is well connected to the main tourist attractions of the city, for instance: -Plaza Nueva at 200 m -Cathedral and Gran Vía Street at 450 m. -Calle Elvira at 250 m It also has a private terrace to enjoy spectacular views of the Alhambra and the whole city! Beautiful and charming newly renovated rustic/modern house in the heart of Albaicín with wonderful views of the Alhambra Distributed on three floors. The bedroom (spacious and unique) is downstairs as well as the bathroom. The spacious, modern kitchen with vintage touches is fully equipped on the first floor. Finally on the top floor we will enjoy the beautifully decorated lounge with its two balconies. One of them looking at the Alhambra where to have breakfast or dinner.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
