Oferim finisaje moderne, facilitati spa, curte interioara cu sezlonguri si zona de gratar. Am pus accent pe intimitatea si relaxarea clientilor.

The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. Este foarte aproape de Nymphaea, Baile Felix si la 5 minute de centru orasului.Are 2 dormitoare, 1 baie, un living spatios si o bucatarie deschisa.Magazinul Lidl este in spatele casei,autobuzul 16T merge direct in centru si are statia la intrarea in cartier.

Totul a fost impecabil! Locația este excelentă, într-un bloc nou și liniștit, cu check-in foarte ușor și independent. Apartamentul este modern, curat și complet utilat – nu lipsește nimic. Denisa a fost mereu promptă și foarte amabilă în comunicare. Recomand cu încredere!

This apartment was great. It was very clean and modern. It is on the 10th floor with an elevator and the view over Oradea is fantastic. The free parking spot was great. There is a shopping mall and grocery store close by which makes life easy. We walked to the center as it was only a 20 minute walk to downtown but there is public transport available. We loved this modern and peaceful apartment and will be back if we are in the area again.

Florin ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Der gemeinschaftliche Bereich der Außenküche und des Gartens ist sehr belebt und Florin als geselliger Hausherr, lädt täglich zum gemeinsamen verweilen und kochen mit Freunden ein. Florin bietet auch Versorgung mit selbst erzeugtem basischen Trinkwasser an und unterstützt sehr schnell bei Problemen im Apartment. Wer Nachts gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte sich wenn er einen leichten schlaf hat ein paar Ohrstöpsel einpacken, da das Fenster an den belebten Innenhof angrenzt und das nächtliche Liebesspiel von Hund und Katze sehr leidenschaftlich ist. Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament situat în zona centrală a Oradiei! Apartamentul arată impecabil — totul era extrem de curat, ordonat și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Locația este perfectă, la câțiva pași de principalele atracții ale orașului, ceea ce a făcut deplasările foarte ușoare. Un mare plus a fost parcarea disponibilă chiar în fața clădirii, un detaliu foarte comod mai ales într-o zonă centrală. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelentă: rapidă, clară și foarte prietenoasă. Cu siguranță aș reveni aici și recomand cu încredere această cazare oricui vizitează Oradea!
