The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby.
