The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Welcome to the apartment at Grabow Not far from the apartment you will experience a breathtaking landscape surrounded by water, cranes, storks and migratory birds. The Bodden landscape can be explored wonderfully by bike. And if you feel like it, you can also jump into the water. Relax and forget about everyday life. Fishing lovers will also get their money's worth. There is a boat dock on the Bodden

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

A house to feel good and relax. It is located in a rural area and has a large, natural property. The nearest beach and water sports spots on the Saaler Bodden are 5 minutes away by car. Fischland-Darß-Zingst with its beautiful Baltic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes. Places like Ahrenshoop and the port cities of Stralsund and Rostock offer you great sights, museums and shops.
