This was our third time staying at the Address Residences, but our first time at Saeed’s apartment. Saeed’s apartment was the best, all the amenities that you would expect to find in a resort hotel, plus we booked last minute and he had the apartment ready for us in a couple of hours. The staff is wonderful and accommodating at the residences and the hotel, the property has three pools and a beach, plus several restaurants. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great apartment: big, clean, new, just like the pictures. The residence is great too, with incredible breakfast, access to the beach and pool. Quite during the day and night. Host communication was fast and with all info needed. Honestly a very good stay, 100% recommended!

Had an amazing stay in this apartment. Everything was clean, calm, and super cozy. Communication with the host was top-notch, fast responses and very kind throughout. Now, a little confession: if you happen to find mysterious marks on the snow-white carpet in the living room… that might’ve been me. I was on crutches and channeling my inner ninja probably didn’t go as smoothly as planned. Sorry about that 😬Would absolutely recommend for a stay!

Amazing Stay!! The location was very special and the place was very clean and everyone was friendly. My recent stay at Address Beach's 3-bedroom beachside residence was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a shout-out to Mr. Kishan, the resort's experience maker, who really made it special. The residence itself was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with three comfy bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. The living area was filled with sunlight, and the terrace had the most amazing beach views. We spent our days on the nearby beach, enjoyed the resort's cool amenities, and checked out local restaurants nearby. Most places are 5 to 10 mins away which is perfect. Overall, it was a magical beachfront getaway, and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back.

We are really thankful for the great hospitality. Everything was very well organized and cleaned. She is very polite, friendly and a professional lady. Whatever is committed, its fulfilled. Room had all the useful stuff, toilet had all the fresh and cleaned toiletries. AC was already ON when we reached in the room, it was a kind of very awesome gesture to welcome, in the month of June (Very hot). She welcomed us with a great smile, and while leaving she gave us a very happy bye :) Thank you Ms. Catherine.

The place exceeded my expectations! The spacious layout and natural light are fantastic, and the kitchen makes cooking a joy. The location is perfect, with easy access. The responsive host has also made settling in a breeze. Overall, it truly feels like home—highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with my family, has a nice pool and all the amenities you would need, it’s also close to khorfakkan and fujairah. Rony was also very kind and made it easy to check in early. 10/10
