Our private room features 1 or 2 futon beds on traditional tatami floors. The shared areas include bathrooms, dining space and a work/lounge/library area. The hostel Saruya Hostel opened in 2015 in Fujiyoshida, a city at the bottom of Mt Fuji. Deep in the mountains of Tokyo, it is usually operated as a members-only co-working/vacation space, but you can stay here as a trial use. Surrounded by greenery, water, and mountain paths, it is hard to believe it is in Tokyo. You can work and stay comfortably in a wood-scented room with a view of the greenery outside. A beautiful river flows right below the terrace. In winter, you can relax by the fireplace. You can enjoy the great nature of Tokyo.
