Our summer getaway in Japan was made unforgettable by the charming Airbnb we stayed in. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, the traditional machiya-style house offered a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms and sliding shoji doors provided a peaceful retreat after days of exploration. All amenities worked perfectly well. One of the most amazing views one could have of Mt. Fuji right from the big windows of the room and balcony. This stay truly captured the essence of Japanese culture and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to our family & friends -- it's a true slice of Japanese hospitality. Can't wait to return!

Loved this place! We booked it for the private onsen and sauna, and it did not disappoint! Lots of space to spread out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had four people but you could easily have six adults comfortably. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to access the shower, sauna, and onsen bath, so you have to coordinate with your travel mates for that part. There is a separate toilet in the main house area too. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay here! Everything was extremely clean and beautifully maintained. The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking from the balcony. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a special and relaxing getaway with an incredible view of mount Fuji.

Yuki was a great host and made all of us (4 adults and 2 kids) feel so welcome. I already knew and loved the neighborhood as it was close to Mt. Takao, Ukai Toriyama, Puroland, Trick Museum, etc. There were many great supermarkets and restaurants near the Takao station. The cafe downstairs, Cafe Toumai, was nicely decorated with beautiful paintings by a local artist and fascinating objects brought back by Yuki from all of her travels around the world and served delicious curry dishes! My 4 year-old twin granddaughters enjoyed the Villa's garden and got to see actual fireflies along the nearby river/park. We had a great time and will be back again.. Thank you so much Yuki!!

Tsuyoshi-san's house was very well maintained and very clean both inside and out. It was a very peaceful place, and I was able to enjoy the picturesque scenery on the way to the station. It is also very accessible to Odawara, Gotemba, Hakone, and other places. I would love to come again during the Hydrangea Festival. Thank you for all your help!

Our stay in this lovely home was nothing short of incredible! The view was breathtaking and the rooms were comfortable. Whenever we had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again as we had such a nice experience.

Very closed to the bus station and just 5-mins walk to a mega supermarket where you can buy whatever you want for daily life. This is my dream house for retirement with modern in-door design and the third floor looking to the Fuji mountain every morning. It’s good for value.

This was a beautiful home, the roads to get to it were a bit complicated but that’s to be expected with the location we chose. It was very clean and exactly as the photos show. A great home base for touring around the peninsula!

Wonderful stay at Fuji town. We rented a car and drive around the city. Mount Fuji view is just along the alley. Enjoyable.

We booked this place for my son’s 4th birthday and we are glad we did. He loved the kids playroom! We recommend coming here by car. We rented a car and drove here. The hill coming up to the house is VERY steep! So I would imagine if you are carrying luggage it would be a struggle. There is 7/11 and family mart within driving distance near the house too, so it wasn’t a problem finding something to eat. House is clean, so relaxing just listening to the birds when you wake up. Plus, the private onsen after a long day was a treat. Check in was a breeze and host replied super fast to all our queries. We loved it here. If you’re still deciding, just book it already! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for hosting.

今回の滞在はまさに非日常そのものでした。以前から写真を見てずっと気になっていた宿だったのですが、実際に訪れてみると想像以上に素晴らしく、滞在中は何度も「ここにして本当によかった」と思える瞬間がありました。 まず圧倒されたのが、部屋に入ってすぐ目に飛び込んでくる富士山。大きな窓いっぱいに広がる景色は、まるで一枚の絵画のようで、朝昼晩と表情を変えるその姿にすっかり魅了されました。晴れた日の夜には満点の星も見えて、自然に囲まれた静かな時間を心ゆくまで味わうことができました。 サウナも最高でした。広々とした空間で、香りの良い木材に包まれながらじっくり汗を流せます。水風呂や外気浴のスペースも気持ちよく整備されていて、サウナ好きにはたまらない設備です。何より、サウナ後のクールダウン中にも富士山が目の前に見えるという贅沢なロケーションには感動しました。 建物全体のデザインもとても洗練されていて、素材や色の使い方にセンスを感じます。タイルや照明、家具の一つひとつにこだわりが感じられ、どこにいても心が落ち着く空間でした。キッチンやダイニングも使いやすく、家族で料理を楽しんだり、リビングでゆったり過ごしたりと、どの時間も豊かでした。 ホストの方もとても丁寧で、チェックイン前の案内から滞在中のサポートまで安心感がありました。細やかな心配りや清潔感のある室内、必要なアメニティがきちんと揃っている点などもポイントが高かったです。 今回の旅は本当に思い出深いものとなりました。季節を変えて、また違った表情の富士山とともに過ごしてみたいと思わせてくれる宿でした。心からおすすめできる素敵な場所です。次回の滞在が今から楽しみです。

房子真的非常棒！我们入住的是伊豆/伊东的海滨私人别墅，整体体验非常满意。房子设计现代，干净整洁，配套设施一应俱全。最惊喜的是恒温游泳池，白天可以远眺海景，晚上灯光下的泳池氛围超棒，拍照出片率超高📸。

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

It’s a nice and super convenient house in hakone, the house is right next door to one of the best restaurants in Hakone for bbq. Both indoor and outdoor hot spring is super nice. Room is cozy. And the best feature was the kitchen’s wear!! The stove is really nicely done and all the equipment is very nice. The bathroom also equipped with Dyson hair dyers and all the dental and vanity sets. It shows the house owner really cares about us to provide a luxury 5 star experience. Everything is extremely cozy with luxury touch.

Prachtig huisje, om te genieten van de natuur, op een goede reisafstand vanaf Tokyo. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en boodschappen kun je doen op loopafstand. De host Akane reageerde meteen op onze vragen en was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. We zouden dit huisje aan iedereen aanbevelen!
