Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in London

What a wonderful time we had in Lindsay's beautiful flat. Lindsay is a great host. She arranged that we could drop our suitcases at the flat much earlier! It was always a pleasure to come back to this flat in a calm neighborhood after a busy day in town. We enjoyed the sunny walks along the river and the gardens of Fulham palace (glowing and deliciously smelling Wisteria pergola, which are close nearby.) Two supermarkets are within two min walking distance. Don't miss the Lyric in Hammersmith, if you like theatre. We can fully recommend Lindsay's place and would come back anytime.

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better, as it's located along a street and traffic noise can be heard. Also, the windows can't be opened for ventilation, but since it's on the ground floor, it's understandable. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

The stay was nothing less than perfect. It was a trip to England where we could enjoy London easily as it was a short walk to the train station but we were also able to enjoy the quiet community and culture outside of London. I can’t recommend this place enough and Lucy was an amazing host. We hope to be able to come back some day.

Caroline's home was well appointed and comfortable for our family of 3. Caroline left detailed instructions for the home and neighborhood and some essentials like coffee (thank you!), wine and chocolate for us to discover on arrival. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the common space was also spacious enough for us to enjoy life similar to how we do at home. Being able to login to our own Netflix etc on her Smart TV was also appreciated by our son. :)

I can’t say enough about our incredible experience at Louise's beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and elegance of the place. The pictures simply do not do it justice! The house itself is a perfect blend of modern luxury and cozy comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the chic decor to the high-end amenities. We were particularly impressed with the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a joy. The living areas were warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The bedrooms were nothing short of spectacular. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and plush pillows that made for a perfect night's sleep. The bathrooms were pristine and luxurious, featuring high-quality toiletries and indulgent showers. It was like staying in a five-star hotel, but with the added warmth and personal touch that.

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

George and Michelle were lovely. They gave great recommendations, let us check in early, consistently offered help and advice when needed, was super kind and we loved the space. It’s hard to find a spacious, modern, AC-friendly Airbnb in Europe, but this was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our family of five had a great time at Jo’s. Their Earls Court Square apartment was well-appointed, in a great location that was quiet but not too far off from the Main Street and the tube stop. I would stay at Jo’s again!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Athena’s place - and both have been absolutely fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious. Thank you - same time next year?

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

Great property and location that is minutes away to earl’s court train station to get around the city.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Really helpful having the W/D combo and kitchen for breakfasts! Beautiful, quiet place and close to two tube stops, one of which you can take from Heathrow Airport. Loved the fancy techy things like the portable thermostat and bathroom mirror bluetooth.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect with ample restaurants and cafés right next to it, and it’s just a 5 min walk to the tube station. The apartment is beautifully maintained and the Hosts are very accommodating. Would definitely plan another stay if I get the chance to.

This is my 2nd time residing here. The stay is like a breath of fresh air. I’m obsessed with the Terrace and the aesthetics of the entire place. Everything is true to what you see. It’s an intense feeling of euphoric energy & this is why I will choose this stay every time.

Iri was such a great house ! Very informative and gave provided us with a lot deals even a map of the surrounding walkable area with restaurants and supermarkets included . Great stay we had to extend . Will definitely book with her again on our next trip to London ! 10 stars ⭐️

Absolutely adored this building and view. It was nice to get some peace away from other tourists. The space itself was impeccable; it was spotless and uncluttered. Jamal thought of every detail. We used Uber boat to get around and we really enjoyed that. It was easy to find taxis as well. We would absolutely stay again. It was a wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay. Joanne’s place was beautiful, quiet and clean. She was a wonderful host, providing detailed instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Alexandre does an excellent job of managing this flat and it’s a wonderful place to stay while in London. The street is shady and tree-lined and the flat is peaceful and comfortable. The back garden is a lovely place to just sit and rest. It is close to transportation, restaurants, and beautiful places to wander like Brompton Cemetery. Everything was in working order, check in and check out was a breeze, and communication was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
