Holiday rentals with a patio in London

This is an absolute gem of a place! The flat was super clean (and we have high standards on this!). It is without a doubt one of the best Airbnb’s in London. Highly recommend.

Het appartement ligt op een geweldige locatie, vlak naast de metro en allerlei buslijnverbindingen. Het appartement was zeer schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mijn gezin en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. William is ook een aardige host en hij heeft zelfs iets wat wij vergeten waren mee te nemen bij het uitchecken kosteloos naar ons huisadres gestuurd. Bedankt voor alles, William!

Very friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond!

We had a very comfortable stay at Livia's apartment, and we felt at home straight away. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It was very easy to find and the location was great for being close to Chelsea, just over the bridge and a lovely walk through Battersea Park to Battersea Power Station. The property was very clean and warm, and it felt very homely. The pub is right next door, so you will find people very loud in the evenings outside the apartment, and with the bedroom at the front of the property, it was difficult to sleep. But no doubt this is expected on a bank holiday weekend. All in all, we had a very nice stay and would recommend it to couples.

The location was great! Easy access to the underground metro to go anywhere in the city, very safe and with great restaurants for breakfast and meals. The host was very helpful, with clear instructions about the self-check-in, very kind with his answers and very considerate and fast in his responses. We felt well taken care off. The apartment was lovely, clean and we felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay in London, we would book again if we go back!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Le logement de Susan est charmant et tout neuf, avec une petite cour au calme. Il se situe à 15 minutes à pied d’une station qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Londres en moins de 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement !

Great place to stay in South Kensington! We loved having the tube station so close. It made exploring the city a breeze. The neighborhood was vibrant and walkable, making it easy to get groceries or pop into a restaurant for a meal. A highlight was the Saturday farmer's market literally right outside our window! We grabbed some goodies to enjoy throughout our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, I recommend Neil's place.

Very nice place and exactly as described. It is very quiet and quaint. Easily walkable to the Tube and shops. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Dessy and Kian are really wonderful people and the best hosts. I have truly enjoyed my stay with them, to the point it feels like we are family! They are very courteous, considerate and kind. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely area – peaceful and close to local spots and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

We had a great stay in Sarah’s place. Its a quiet area and near to 2 tube stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Sarah provided us flowers and quality amenities around the house which was wonderful. The main room with bathroom ensuite is the biggest and my parents had wonderful time staying in the room. The place is smaller though than i imagine and a bit cramp for 6 adults. As we are travelling from overseas, brought 8 big luggages with us and staying for 11 nites, it was a bit struggle to store the bags as the 2 other rooms are small and cant put any bags in the room. Only beds and a small cabinets fit in the room. Overall, we had a good stay. Sarah was also responsive and quick response to our questions.

Great place to stay. 7 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and easily could have accommodated more. The location is perfectly situated, a couple blocks to the train station and multiple bus stops immediately around the place. Night life is a few blocks away. Highly recommend The Goat and Hawkins Forge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Outstanding place right in the heart of Hammersmith and Izo was the perfect host. 4 mins walk to the Eventim, 6 mins to Hammersmith station and one of the best pubs in the area 30 seconds away (the Chancellors). Would highly recommend and we hope to stay again next time we’re gigging at the Apollo.

We loved our stay at Sophie’s place! It was easy to walk to the local park, convenience store, and restaurants, although some of the sights we visited in Central London were a bit of a commute. We felt right at home in this luxuriously appointed apartment, was quite comfortable for our family of four. We loved the feather bedding, and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that make guests feel welcome. The kitchen was well appointed with spices, utensils, and small appliances. We appreciated that it seemed to be a vacation home for Sophie’s family that they are kind enough to share. A very unique historic stay to enhance your London experience!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

Loved staying at this garden flat in London with my family of 6! The place was beautiful, really well-designed, and full of character. Super comfy and felt like home right away. The location was amazing too, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and cafes just around the corner. The outside garden with a swing was such a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Super stay at Amadeus’! Quaint garden flat in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure! No complaints, we’d certainly come back.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Great condo just outside the hustle and bustle of central London. Plenty of local spots for morning coffee or a quick bite. Baron’s Court subway stop is a short walk away to get anywhere in London quickly. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with plenty of space inside to stretch out and relax. Would book again!!
