We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Perfect cottage for two (and our dog ) .... was much bigger than it looked on the listing and all done to a very high standard of decoration and furnishings etc . The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were gorgeous and felt like a smart hotel space ! It was warm and cosy and the perfect place to come back to after a windswept December day on the beach .

A beautiful cottage, stylishly decorated and well presented with everything that you’d ever need, close at hand. Ideally located to access the north of the Norfolk coastline and beyond. We stayed at this lovely home in Hindolveston as an extended family of 13 for two nights. From the moment we booked, the hosts Mark and Jo were so kind and friendly and great with any questions or queries we had. The house was the perfect place for us to come together - spacious, warm, and incredibly comfortable. It was beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made it feel like a real home-from-home. The large garden was a particular highlight. Our children and nephew spent hours outside playing with the garden games so thoughtfully provided by the hosts. The whole stay felt easy and welcoming, and we’re so grateful to have found such a peaceful and comforting space to be together as a family. We would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you again for such a memorable stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The property is lovely with beautiful finishing touches- every detail is clearly thought out. A perfect location for walks, local visits, and a pretty garden which is fully enclosed and private. Danielle was super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left the property. We’d definitely love to visit again!

This place is a true gem. It’s the perfect place if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Martin is also very amicable and responsive. You can tell he really cares. You can’t ask for a better host.

Bee Keeper's cottage is beautifully presented in an ideal location, close to Holt and the coast. The cottage is the perfect mix of a character property but with modern amenities (modern kitchen and bathroom). The garden room is a great touch and gives lots of extra living space with the cottage being the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 1 child and our cocker spaniel!) We loved the enclosed garden for our dog and off road secure parking was ideal. Barney is a very quiet village and only 15 mins from Holt and Blakeney so ideally located. We would definitely stay at Simon's cottage again and it's one of the nicest places we've stayed in North Norfolk which we've visited at least once every year for the past 10.

Had a lovely chilled out week in this pretty cottage in the woods. So beautifully situated! The cottage was well stocked with all the amenities a family could need. To be honest we took so much stuff with us as a family of 5 we didn’t really need all the things we’d bought. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the interiors were all very modern but with a traditional feel to them which went very well with the style of the property. The bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was clean, neat and tidy. The sitting room areas were really comfortable too. All very cosy and quaint! Thankyou for a lovely stay away Fring Estate.
