Cottage holiday rentals in Fulwood

Lovely place, very clean and classy, the kitchen had a wide range of tools and the bathroom was extremely clean and spacious. The hot tub and sauna were of course a nice aspect and they were both well maintained. The whole place was a pleasure to stay in. Scott was excellent at communicating, very proactive, helpful and just simply friendly. Instructions left around the house were easy to follow we had zero problems. Would definitely reccomended to anyone!

What a wonderful place for a peaceful break away. The house was so comfortable with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition too! My son, who loves wildlife photography, absolutely adored the river. He spent every possible moment down there photographing Kingfishers! I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves birds and wildlife.

Fantastic little cottage, so quaint. Hot tub was amazing and easy to use. The bed was comfy, was just a wonderful place to spend my birthday weekend. It was easy to get to all the local attractions and the pubs in the village were lovely and the locals so friendly. We will definitely be back

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

Wonderfully peaceful location. Holly Toft is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We paticularly appreciated how much care was given to ensuring the hot tub was spotlessly clean and freshly filled for our arrival. Kathryn is a superb host who clearly cares a lot about her guests. The field full of adorable lambs to look out on was a delightful bonus! Highly recommend! Thank you Kathryn.

Booked for our 20th wedding anniversary and used for a base to explore Skipton and a day out in York. Close enough to Skipton to enjoy the town and the night life. The Granary was immaculate. Hot Tub amazing and already planning a second visit. The location is stunning, peaceful and we enjoyed every minute .

Guestbook and instructions very clear. Easy access. Blankets and toys much appreciated. Bathroom/wet-room and hot tub very nice. Oven with large range was great for preparing multiple dishes at once for dinner. Lovely location by the park and swimming pool. We had a very nice few days.

Perfect location! Perfect hosts! We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would recommend and/or return in a heartbeat. Sally and David were an absolute delight from the moment we booked and so easy to communicate with and super quick to respond. The cottage itself is in a perfect location and so quiet and peaceful, and had everything we needed for a home from home stay. The basket of welcome goodies was so appreciated too! 5* accommodation! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and clean country house with welcoming garden in a beautiful part of the countryside. Well provided kitchen, pristine decoration complemented with nice and interesting ornaments. Being there is part of the weekend break.

The house and grounds are really lovely and beautiful. Felt right at home when we turned up. Ann and Tony were very kind and responded quickly, when we messaged them. They were very happy to stop and have a chat. The views were picturesque. It was lovely having the sheep and lambs in the next field. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting in this area.

The cottage seemed ideal for the two of us visit local friends and places of interest and that's how it worked out. It was clean, cosy, well equipped and very easily reached, with secure off-road parking. Paul and Julie largely left us to our own devices but were on hand if we needed to contact them for anything. My wife and I would strongly recommend no. 2 Moorend Cottages as a perfect base located in a quiet, pretty village within an easy drive of the Fylde coast, Forest of Bowland, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

We had a very enjoyable stay and at Lorraine's recommendation spent time discovering Whalley. Very convenient for walks and the Co-op in Whalley was handy for food shopping. Plenty to do in the day and evenings. If no one wants to drive a convenient bus service too takes you in to Whalley. It was nice to have a house which had such a beautiful view from the garden.

The property was easy to find with the instructions Kathryn supplied beforehand, as was entry to the charming cottage. Plenty of room for 4 adults with 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Comfy beds, spacious and plenty of hot water. The small kitchen was well equipped and close to the dining area. The lounge room downstairs had plenty of room, a wood heater and good tv. Lots of books and games too. The views from every room are absolutely beautiful! With chickens and goats to keep us company, in the neighbouring field, the out door area was great in the warm afternoon sun and pub was only a 15minute walk away… Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in the Dales.

Absolutely perfect for our needs and only an hour away from the lake district without the lake district prices. Great communication easy to check in Clean exactly as the pictures described.

This was our second stay, and the cottage was extremely clean again. The beds were so comfortable and the location beside the river is peaceful and relaxing, which was just what we wanted. The cottage is in a good position for exploring nearby towns and attractions. It was once again, a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou Jeremy!

The Granny House was a beautiful home, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very spacious. Stunning walks from the door got this holiday off to a flying start. Jeanne's communication was excellent and she got back to us really quickly when I had a query the week before. She was also incredibly understanding and generous spirited about an accidental breakage....

We had such a lovely stay. The cottage was even better than we imagined, pictures don't do it justice. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect. It felt private and remote, yet it was just a short 10–15 minute walk to Marple Bridge with lovely pubs and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our time here and would really recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lynne's place was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! You always think, when looking at pictures, that it won't really look like that, they've just taken the 'best' photographs, but certainly not in this case - what you see is what you get! Additionally, this beautiful home is of a very high specification and moreso surrounded by amazing views. This really was a much needed escape to the beautiful countryside! Janet’s place was wonderful. In the middle of the beautiful village, everything was a stone’s throw away. Exceptional cottage with a modern renovation. Very clean with thoughtful amenities that made the stay exceptional. Janet is an excellent host, allowing the guest full confidence in the knowledge that their stay will exceed expectations. We had a lovely stay here. A beautiful one bedroom house in a peaceful location with lovely views. There house is just gorgeous. Beautifully presented with quality furniture and fittings. It was a gorgeous home from home. Linda provides bits and pieces that make staying easy. We discovered a really nice canal and farm walk that we took on the evening of the first night. Being able to go in such a lovely walk from the house was a real bonus. There are lots of things to do locally and lots of choice for places to eat. We both loved it here. Thank you.

Perfect cottage in a wonderful location. The patio garden was beautiful. The cottage was well stocked with things you need but don’t expect if wel could give it 11 out of ten that’s how good it was. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little gem in port sunlight

This property is excellent - if six stars could be awarded for a property, this would be the one. I don't think that Julia has forgotten about anything. Whatever you need during your stay, you'll find it here. The property is very tastefully decorated and furnished and it is clean and tidy. The shower is excellent, the bed is comfortable, the wifi works, the provisions for breakfast are perfect. You'll enjoy your stay!!
