The summerhouse is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a nature beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach next to Genner Bay and Lillebælt, and in clear weather you can see Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Feriecenter, which makes there are some extra benefits in the price, including swimming pool and a Beach cafe during the summer season. We have renovated the house, so our guests benefit. It's freshly painted, got a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so costs for electricity and water are minimized.

The house is practically furnished with good bedrooms with double and single beds respectively. In one loft there are two sleeping places and the other loft has 3 flat screens that you can connect your gamer/streaming equipment on, as well as an Air hockey table. In the pool room there is a 14 m2 swimming pool, a 5 pers. spa and a sauna. Close to beach as well as a quiet area that is also good for anglers.
