Looking for a cozy home in Svendborg full of soul and charm?! Then look no further. This home has coziness, soul, and charm. The hostess, Louise, goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home and at ease. She comes with great tips and advice if needed. She's quick to respond when there's something you're not sure about. She seems like a warm and empathetic hostess. For example, upon our arrival, she had also left us chocolate and delicious Funen apple juice. This was a nice surprise. In general, you feel very welcome in Louise's place. It's a lovely place for families with children, as there are toys - including Lego - inside that children can play with. Outside there is a large lovely garden - shared with the neighbors - where there is a cave in a tree and small cozy nooks. It's also a big plus that the home is close to pretty much everything - the pedestrian street, train station, and harbor. A lot of places are therefore within walking distance. For that reason, you do not need to use a car to get around inside Svendborg city. It's much easier to get around on foot or bike (if you bring it). Parking close to the home can be a small challenge-especially during the high season when there are many tourists in Svendborg. Luckily, we were able to find a parking spot where we first held a little somewhere (due to a time limit) and then had the opportunity to move the car closer to Louise's home. My recommendation would therefore be: Only use the car if you are going outside Svendborg and visit other cities. As previously mentioned, it's easier to bike or get around on foot from Louise's address. All in all, a really nice place with an excellent hostess who wants to make you feel comfortable in her home.

We have really felt welcome here. We had 3 wonderful weeks in Hedensted😊The house was so nice and homey😊 Great outdoor area with many amenities, which was easy to keep in order. It had everything you need on vacation with children. It was great with several seating areas, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. There were varied outdoor toys for children. The outdoor area was sheltered, but at the same time with a good overview from the kitchen so you can cook while the kids are playing. There was a bike so we could bike to the store nearby, incredibly convenient so you don't have to bring home😊 The house has better beds than in hotels👍 Cozy cafe was close by with good food, games, blankets and trampoline. If you have a birthday, you eat there for free😊 Cozy neighbors and neighborhoods😊 nearby are shopping center in Vejle with 2 hours of free parking. 30 minutes away by car we found Juelsminde with super sandy beach, cafes by the harbor with great food and a large playground! Communication with the landlord was incredibly pleasant from start to finish😊

Really nice little house.

Was the perfect spot for us and our family to get to know Abenraa and also have a good rest. The house is very good when also traveling with small children. My kid had a lot of fun. The location is walkable distance to both the center, supermarket and the beach. Completely loved it! The kitchen is also well equipped that you can decide if cooking at home or going out for food ☺️ Thomas was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Toke's place before. As a return guest it was like coming home, especially for my longer stay. I love this house. It is across the road from the large supermarket and a 7 min walk to the tram, or 15 to the main train station. Shops and restaurants aplenty starting 5 min walk away. The house is spotless, cozy, warm. All amenities worked well, including the washing machine. The back yard is sunny and private and enjoyable. Overall a great host and great location. I'll be back next year if Toke is till offering it up!

Beautiful little townhouse located right in the middle of Ærøskøbing. The house had what we needed, a good bed, cozy living room and not least nice that there was a closed garden with covered terrace and garden furniture, so you could eat outside. Gitte was a nice host, responded quickly when needed, so we can only recommend a stay in her house.

A nice little house with a garden. The tomatoes were very tasty. You can easily reach the city center by either walking or taking the nearby bus or train. We enjoyed our stay there. Tina quickly responds to any questions you may have.

Britt and Jan's house was very nice: tastefully decorated, cozy and had a small, very nice garden. Centrally located, close to the train station and absolutely perfect for our purposes. It was really everything you needed, very clean and just recommendable! We will be happy to come back sometime!

Andre has a nice house, with a gorgeous view. It is near the city centre and beach. The house is mostly large and spacious, with the exception of the bathroom. Almost every room has a television, that was appreciated a lot by our kids. All in all we had a nice vacation.

Nadja and Casper's house was very well furnished and everything worked well. We could park right outside the house. There were books and toys that our grandchildren enjoyed. It was good that there was a bedroom both down and up on the 1st. Sal, so we had two separate departments at night. We highly recommend the house for several generations at the same time.

We stayed in this cute and cozy little place for a few days and really enjoyed our time. It's perfect for two people, though it might feel a bit small for four. The apartment was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated a lot. The area is extremely quiet—great if you're looking to relax—but it was almost too quiet for our taste, as there wasn’t much going on nearby. Still, it’s a lovely spot if you're looking for peace and calm.

Very nice and well-maintained accommodation, super centrally located within walking distance to the harbor and downtown. Own parking space right in front of the door, which is absolutely not a given in this location. Very good kitchen equipment, we liked it very much and therefore highly recommend it. We will be happy to return.

A really cozy and lovely home, where we quickly felt at home. There was absolutely nothing missing - the house was well equipped and very inviting. Communication with Thomas was quick, easy and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend both this home and Ærø in general!

The stay at Ellen's charming townhouse has been just perfect! Very central location (on quiet side street) and high clean standard. Ellen is a super friendly host.

A cozy and well-located home close to water & the center. Nice little courtyard, which made it possible to be out in complete privacy. The home was clean and well-appointed with a sensible kitchen that worked fine, although the kitchen counter space was not the largest.

Soren’s place was perfect for our stay in Horsens. His apartment was neat and clean, situated in a quiet residential location an easy walk from downtown Horsens. Soren was helpful and responded very quickly to any text message we sent. I recommend Soren’s place for a stay in Horsens.
