The apartment has a ground floor entrance, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living area and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry berry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

Kerteminde also offers sights and activity opportunities like the Fjord & Belt Center. The golf course Great Northern. Holiday home of 90 m ² completely renovated.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

One bedroom is set up as a large office/TV room with a sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly constructed bike and footpaths - about 20 min walk to Odense harbour bath, Odense city centre and Odense University Hospital - about 10 min walk to TV2 .
