The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The rooms and the living room have A/C and ceiling fans and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a super well stocked and with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the house, we had cold days and we were fine with the heating it has. Débora was attentive to our inquiries, it was clean and you can see the dedication of the host in the decoration details of the place. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had a very good stay.

Several of us went to an Expo in June, and the truth is that after a cold day, the house, although spacious, was super warm and comfortable. We couldn't complain, because the service was very good. Due to the date of our stay (winter) we were unable to take advantage of the large patio or the pool, but they looked promising.

The house is beautiful. It's new and has all amenities. It has a gallery as seen in the photos that is spectacular to do as a family and share looking at the view of the trees in the garden. We loved the house and the place so much that we decided to extend the stay. In addition, Maria left us the bikes which allow us to tour the neighborhood full of trees and animals such as foxes or owls. Highly recommended if you want to disconnect from the city and rest in the fleece or in the garden! I would definitely come back. And Maria's attention was excellent, she was looking for us at all times!

We had an excellent weekend with friends. The house is super comfortable, with two bedrooms, and a beautiful living room to relax. But the best place is the patio with the grill and tables to sit comfortably. Fernando and his wife were very friendly, and accessible at all times. You can tell they are very good people. I recommend it 100%. I'll see you in a few months again!

I stayed two months with two more friends in this accommodation and everything was wonderful, there were things I did not understand well because my country is different and yet Tomas Jose was always available to help and guide. The house itself has a great space and provides privacy and coziness, as well as being very well located, as it is close to Porto Norte and Alto Rosario shopping mall, as well as other large businesses and easy transportation. I can say with certainty that when I return to Rosario, this accommodation will definitely be my first choice.
