Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Due to the elevated position of the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony.
