I've stayed for 5 days with two of my friends, apartement was perfectly clean and it has everything you need even for a longer stay. Felt like home. There is a lot of parking, area is peaceful and very clean, not too far from city centre (20 min walk).

Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view from downstairs bedroom. Enjoyed waking up to sound waves and birds. Kitchen was spotless and equipped for basic cooking. Baths also spotless. Hot tub was enjoyable. Host met us upon arrival and gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to eat. Checked on us everyday and they even clean apartment every 3 days and restocked towels and toilet paper. This is an in credible host with a great attention to detail and extremely responsive and helpful. Parking on the street was always available and we felt safe in the area. Don't pass this one up. It was perfect!!

If we could give this place more than five stars, we would! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and feels so cozy. The view from all rooms over green fields, Ponta Delgada, and the Azorean mountains is simply breathtaking. Everything is as shown on the pictures. The location is a nice 20-30ish min walk to the town (more pleasant downhill however). The surroundings felt residential, quiet, and safe. Carla herself is an exceptional host: she went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in, answered our questions immediately, checked in with us throughout the stay, and even made the effort to help us book cafés and a ride to the airport. Her hospitality and generosity make her already nice place a real gem!

Apartment that matches the photos, as well as the equipment and utensils described. Very friendly, responsive and attentive host to all needs. I asked to remove all the carpets since my children and I have asthma and Paulo was extremely careful, the house was very clean.

Sara’s house was a great place to stay while visiting Sao Miguel. The house was clean, well stocked, private, peaceful, and situated above the town of Maia with beautiful views down the coastline and great sunsets! Our kids loved the pool which was great to return to after doing day trips. The beds were comfy which was a plus after lots of adventuring. It was within easy driving distance of many of the key sights. Sara is a great communicator, provides lots of helpful info, and responsive to any questions. We would recommend this place to anyone while visiting the Azores!

Our stay at the property was amazing - the house is even more beautiful in person. It had all the necessary facilities and the host was extremely helpful, answered our questions very quickly and very flexible all throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to coming back!

We had a lovely stay at Dave's place. The village was welcoming, and we felt a part of the community for the short time we were in Pedreira. We especially enjoyed the views, the cats, and the nearby hikes. Dave offered helpful suggestions and tips, and even offered some cold drinks also. The hot tub was just perfect after hiking. We hope to return at some point.

A Gorgeous Villa with a Touch of Magic We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is not only beautiful but has a special touch of magic that made our time there unforgettable. Perfectly located and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could need, it exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home and will definitely return if we’re ever back in the area. We had a beautiful stay with Ana. She was an exceptional host, and the house was so peaceful and clean. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed; we appreciated the books and nice crib for our toddler. Her cats were always there to greet us and were so sweet. Great location for our stay, the town has a grocery store and great restaurants. Thank you, Ana!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely proactive about helping us with any and all needs. We were traveling with a 1 year old baby and they had everything prepared for him including high chair and crib all set up. We are so glad we got to spend a wonderful week at this property. Tip top! Clear recommendation. :-) We spent 5 nights here and felt right at home. Very clean accommodation, a beautiful view from the terrace + jacuzzi to the sea and super helpful and friendly hosts. The tranquility there is also indescribable. Here, however, you definitely need a rental car if you want to do other things, as you live far away from the big cities. That's exactly why it was perfect for us.

The apartment fully matches its description. There are three proper bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two identical single beds. Additionally, there’s a bunk bed in the living room. The balcony is very beautiful, and there’s a parking space in a gated area, which is very convenient. The only thing to note is that the entrance to the parking is quite narrow, but we had a fairly large car and still managed fine. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and always quick to reply. The apartment was clean, and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this place for any type of guest.

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

We had a wonderful stay at Sara‘s apartment! The flat is very well equipped, in an ideal location and Sara did everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We felt welcome from the start and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a small situation during our stay, nothing related to the house or the hosts, but they were still super quick and attentive to help, which we thank you immensely. The location is also quite good: we can easily walk to what we need. You have to walk a little, but it's good for you. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!
