Newly built seaside cottage with panoramic views

Newly built cottage 50 sqm, four meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic views in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and jetty. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, bocce ball court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-September. Wood stove in the house and one outside. Firewood is available. You can get here by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This old hotel building has undergone an extensive but gentle refurbishment and now can be rented for holidays, corporate events or family parties. You will heve the whole house for yourselves (with in total 21 beds) including the side building "1812 house" for dinner and entertaining.
