Located on a quiet, beautiful natural plot with a lakefront location in a rural village on cozy Svartnö. Good for families with children with swings, sandbox and trampoline. Close to Furusund, the summer town of Norrtälje and Grisslehamn for trips to Åland.

Close to the forest and countryside and close to the sandy beach. Access to a small boat if you want to row. Evening sun on the jetty until late at night where you can sit and eat dinner. Newly renovated house with access to a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Sea view. Sauna at the jetty with associated shower. Toilet is located in the house. 1 bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.
