A fantastic location with proximity to grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Soccer field, cinema, outdoor gym, Church, boule court, paddle court/mingling golf with restaurant is also available on the island. Open-plan with a cozy fireplace and large projector+TV. A place suitable for both elderly, younger and families with children!

The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

The house was built in dalatimmer 2022 in traditional style but with all modern amenities, for year-round use. Outside high season, wild animals, hare and fox are often seen on the plot. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje, nice hiking trails.

If you come in municipal there is an archipelago boat as well as a bus from town.

Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
