A fantastic location with proximity to grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Soccer field, cinema, outdoor gym, Church, boule court, paddle court/mingling golf with restaurant is also available on the island. Open-plan with a cozy fireplace and large projector+TV. A place suitable for both elderly, younger and families with children!

The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Welcome to wonderful Stockholm archipelago and our cottage Lydia's on Norröra. Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Enjoy a dinner in the beautiful garden, walks in the forrest and bask in a sauna before the evening dip...

Liten stuga med havsutsikt i den gamla skärgårdsbyn Gräddö. Nära till badstränder, ICA matbutik, gästhamn, caféer, restauranger, kajakuthyrning, padelbana med mer. Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
