Everything is impeccable, the house is ideal for families, the surroundings are spectacular and the view is impressive

We have a lot of good things to say and a not so good one, which was finally resolved but tarnished our experience. The place is very well maintained despite being a modern house. The garden is lovely, the spaces are very spacious and comfortable. It is a house with many details that make it very interesting, from its art present in every corner to the beautiful antique tableware. It is very well located in a quiet and safe environment. It is possible to get anywhere in a very prudent time. The only drawback we had was the absence of the kitchen service, which was included in the total price. The person in charge gave excuses at the last minute, which changed our unexpected plans. Finally with Florence we resolved the issue of cooking by deducting it from the total. In conclusion we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation. We really loved it, I traveled with my whole family and we were all fascinated! The patio and the house are spectacular, you don't want to leave... Everything was just too great! Very, very, very clean! The house smelled so good when we arrived... Plus they waited for us with some delicious things to taste! A little far from downtown, but we arrived super well by vehicle! Plus, the entrance's supply store had everything! I'd love to come back and stay a couple of weeks to rest! Congratulations!

Anita and Carmen were great hosts. There was very good communication, they are very friendly. The place is easy to access even as Carmen wanted to guide us from a more known point, on our arrival she made recommendations for places to eat, go shopping and being able to visit it was pending in case we needed something. The beautiful place 10 of 10, has a wonderful view, everything was very clean , tidy and ready for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the countryside. We loved it and I recommend it 100%, clearly I would return. Thank you.

We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. We were 9 people and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. Rich terrace to share as a family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surroundings, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lago Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I 100% recommend Patricio's house for large groups and for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

The cabin is very nice and comfortable. It had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The place where it is located is excellent, very quiet environment ideal for going with children, comfortable beds, we slept very well the two nights we were there, and the bedroom with bunk bed and bed is ideally set for children, they felt comfortable and slept even better than at home haha

These days at Gabriela's cabin were wonderful, we regret not having spent more nights there. It has a view that you can enjoy from the jar on a starry night or from the warm armchair inside. Cozy, warm bedding, with enough firewood for the stove and with very good service!

Nice house a few meters from the lake. It's not very big, but enough to spend a few days in an area with many things to see. It's well-equipped. Joaquin is always ready to help. The only observation I have - and that has no bearing on the cabin - is that there was loud music on a beach a little further away, but you could hear it at bedtime. The rest is perfect, very nice terrace, private parking, safe, etc.

Wonderful experience! From the moment we contacted, everything was perfect. Maria Eliana and Don Sergio were very friendly and warm. We were greeted with care and showed us the beautiful facilities. The kids felt at home, everything was comfortable and clean. There was everything, coffee maker, kettle, tea pot, oven, microwave, electric toaster, etc. The bathrooms are impeccable, and the beds are very comfortable, pillows rich. The house was full of cute wood details. Don Sergio gave us the directions to spend a stay in the very comfortable area. Which were the best hot springs, which were most suitable for children, etc. Everything was very comfortable and I reiterate, the kindness of both, was unique. Liquiñe is cute and magical, there is a lot to do. The place is great for going with kids. There is a quartz bed for you to charge with energy… and a small viewpoint The common spaces, perfect! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and conveniently located house in the beautiful city of Panguipulli!!!

We were 1 night, we were 6 adults, the truth is that everything was fine, close to everything, unfortunately we only went to sleep/rest at the place, we would have liked to stay longer, but certainly had everything enough to spend a pleasant stay. Flexible on entry times. I am always attentive to our queries! the house is impeccable.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful house with wonderful views and huge windows that allow the light and views inside. Our 2 year old daughter loved playing with all the toys. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, we felt like we were in a family house which was perfect. The walk to the beach is easy enough, but truly a 5-10 min walk.

Beautiful surroundings and views from the house. We really enjoyed the afternoons looking at the incredible sunsets on a comfortable terrace overlooking the lake. The house is comfortable and spacious, but it gets quite hot in the afternoons. Constanza was very friendly and always attentive to our needs and questions. We had a great time and made nice memories.

The place is very nice. The cabin has all the amenities. If you travel in winter, you will never be cold. Everything was presented in a very orderly and clean manner. If you take into account that in winter it rains a lot and on the way a 4x4 vehicle is imperative. Also note that the location shown by airbnb is far from where the cabin really is. However, Carolina gave us a map and we didn't get lost. In general, a beautiful place for total disconnection in the forest. Both Carolina and Angelica were a 7, always willing to help us with everything. Totally recommended.

The home of José Miguel and his family is in a beautiful place. The tranquility, greenery, and peacefulness of the lake make it an ideal destination for a family break. House is well equipped! José Miguel is a great host!

Beautiful house very well equipped on the shores of Lake Ranco, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the water and nature in peace but within walking distance of Futrono, we will definitely return!
