The common space contains the living room, kitchen, and balcony, the hall is a social hall with a sofa, dining table and chairs, board games, TV, KTV, and the kitchen has a refrigerator, a water dispenser, a gas stove, a microwave, an electric pot, an induction stove, an oven, and a full range of tableware. There is a barbecue area attached to the outdoors, plenty of room for yard activities, small children can ride in the courtyard, and equipment when there is no wind and rainy activities such as playing badminton, which is very intentional.
