This beautiful new luxury vacation villa with covered lounge area (2025) is practically located in the Drents Friese Wold, next to a golf park and an outdoor swimming pool is 200 m away. The forests are within walking distance. Around the house is a spacious green garden with terraces where you can enjoy the day/evening. Lovely 6-person vacation home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is in a unique location, between the meadows and directly on the open water. Here you immediately get the holiday feeling! From the beautiful garden, you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces by the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12m) you can sail onto the Frisian lakes.

On the Water in Heeg Wetterhaghe Meerzicht

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, right in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!
