The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis was ruim (wel gehorig) en alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Filippo was altijd te bereiken bij vragen. Locatie was ook top met onze 3 jarige dochter, dichtbij het strand en alle restaurants op loopafstand. Al was de keuken ook ruim voorzien van keukengerei dus hebben ook geregeld zelf in de keuken gestaan. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

Alloggio perfetto, pulito, ordinato e con tutto l’occorrente. Posizione ottima e soprattutto posto auto privato che non è per niente facile da trovare. E soprattutto Sara è un host adorabile, super disponibile e cordiale, ma soprattutto onesta. Soggiorno perfetto, super consigliato!!!

We had a great stay at Diego’s. Everything was wonderful. It was well organized with everything we needed. Really, there wasn’t anything we lacked. We were here mid October which meant there weren’t many restaurants around the home. However, the restaurant below was great. Great service! Decent prices! For us it was an awesome experience!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Alloggio impeccabile, tutto funzionale gli spazi arredati con criterio al fine di sfruttare lo spazio adeguatamente. Tutto perfetto anche se siamo stati per pochi giorni. L'unica pecca, ma la signora non ha nessuna colpa, il cantiere di fronte, per la costruzione di un palazzo, in quanto produce polvere che si era depositata sull'auto, e gli operai erano un po' invadente, sdraiandosi durante la pausa all'interno dei posti auto, lasciando bottigliette per l'acqua vuote anche sopra le auto. Evidenzio che lo stato dei lavori è alla fine. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Ho soggiornato per 6 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento. Tutto nuovo. Posizione bellissima. Il terrazza sul mare è stato molto apprezzato in quanto molto fresco e ventilato. Appartamento fresco e dotato di tutti i servizi. Si raggiunge il mare in 5 minuti a piedi dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti e una bellissima zona pedonale per fare lunghe passeggiate. Parcheggio privato sul retro chiuso da una sbarra. Dal parcheggio si raggiunge direttamente l’appartamento con un ascensore senza dover fare nemmeno un gradino. Consigliato vivamente! La Host Roberta gentilissima è disponibilissima per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità! Torneremo sicuramente!

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Cosy apartment, awesome host, smooth check in, great location.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !
