RODEN BALKAN House is our renovated century-old house. It is from the Bulgarian Renaissance period and is over 150 years old. The house has preserved the spirit of the old times combined with the necessary amenities of the present. The first floor is the place for shared moments with friends. On a heavy table or on a soft piece of furniture by the fireplace with a good movie and a glass of wine. On the second floor are the bedrooms for our guests. We have 3 double rooms that use two bathrooms and one studio for 4 people with a private bathroom.

"Ivanini houses" are 3 pieces of recreational houses and are located on a hill on the outskirts of the town. Tryavna, on the border with the land of the village. Blacktop. Each house consists of two completely independent of each other penthouse. Each has a fl 1 with WC, living room, fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot crockery and cutlery and fireplace. On the fl 2 there are two rooms - one with a bed room and the other with twin beds, a bathroom with toilet.
