Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

The space is very comfortable and pleasant, we had an excellent stay. But what stands out is the kindness of the hostess. Luciene and her husband were very receptive and available. They make our stay in the city even more special.

The apartment and the host are wonderful, we enjoyed our stay here 100%.

After the initial check-in hiccup with the lockbox, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joana's apartment. The decoration is very calming - she has a talent for interior design. We loved the private outdooor garden and the separate suite. The neighborhood was so unique and we appreciated the parking lot down the road. We would definitely return to her delightful space in Aveiro.

We enjoyed our stay - the listing was extremely accurate and the location was perfect. Charles was very responsive when we had questions etc.

The apartment is exactly as the photos show, if not better. Fantastic location on the pedestrian mall with lots of activity. So good to have a lift. It was a pleasure to have the view over the mall and watch the activities below. The apt was spotlessly clean. If I were ever to go back to Coimbra I would definitely stay here again

Although the swimming pool space is shared, the apartment felt great to spend some days just next to the sea. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and everything was in great condition. The apartment was decorated with very good taste and in a very good location.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

The stay was great. The apartment is very nicely furnished and you feel right at home. The location is right on the beach, so it's very easy to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Goncalo is a very friendly and reliable host. Cheers!

The apartment has a spectacular location, right in front of the sea and with the lighthouse right next door. At night, the light of the lighthouse creates a pleasant and even mysterious environment:) The apartment was very clean and with the amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing days by the sea! We were very well received by Mr. Michael who showed us the apartment and demonstrated availability if necessary.

We had a lovely stay in Aveiro! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—easy walking distance to restaurants, the canals, and everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was smooth, and our host Ana was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for enjoying this charming town. Would definitely recommend!

Last-minute accommodation booked for 2 nights, and it was enough to see that it was very well maintained. There was nothing missing, and beyond that, it felt very good. Thanks to the host for this as well as for their responsiveness in messages! I highly recommend, accessible price and more than pleasant environment since right next to the sea.

Space super clean and welcoming, quiet area. Mr. Ricardo was very attentive waiting for us to check in after the agreed time due to an unforeseen situation with our daughter. The house was super well equipped and we were offered coffee for the machine, which we appreciate! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is fantastic and very comfortable. I had to stay in Aveiro for a month for work and the truth is that the apartment was exactly what I needed. Isabel as a host has been impeccable, very good service, and very helpful when I have had a problem.

Much more than a very nice accommodation, Sonia gives all the tips and good addresses to spend a wonderful stay. It contains everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Great!! Recommended.

Excelent just excelent

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
