Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gagliano del Capo

We received a truly exemplary welcome from Carmelo and Donatella, who showed us and explained everything and gave us useful advice on places to visit and where to eat well nearby. It was truly a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

Charming village home. Feels like stepping back in time but with excellent hot water and a comfortable bed. Cold rosé and taralli were a welcome surprise. House is stocked with beach towels, coffee, drinking water, and assortment of oil and vinegar. Lovely roof terrace with a sea view and a place to tuck out of the tramontana winds to watch the sky change candy colors at sunset or sunrise. Just up the hill from my favorite swim spot, this quiet little town doesn’t have much but with Tulsi Shop for all your summer Indian cotton dress needs, a well stocked COOP for groceries, and Eutopia cafe for tasty meals and vino, it’s perfect. Great location to explore the greater area. Already looking forward to my return and will stay here again, if I’m lucky enough to catch an open window. 💖🙏🏼🌸 Thank you!

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

Very nice, clean, spacious, quiet accommodation, with a beautiful sea view and equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient for visiting the beautiful beaches of Salento. You can also reach one of the pebbles and one of the sand on foot. Our big dog also had a great time. Absolutely recommended.

We had a pleasant stay in Morciano with our kids! Giovanna was good advice and she was kind enough to lend us extra blankets. The place is a great value for the price.

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night at Alessandra’s beautiful home. The home is well located in the historic center and surrounded by excellent dining options. Parking was very easy to find in the near by square. Although we didn’t meet Alessandra in person, we was extremely kind and responsive in all our communications.

This place is unique and on a beautiful property. A little bit hard to find but it is nice and spacious. We arrived late in the evening and still had to check out at 10:00 am the following morning unfortunately so we didn’t really get to enjoy much of the place.

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

A perfect stay in Poggiardo! The apartment was cool and clean and exactly as described. Andrea is the perfect host, he even helped me book an appointment with a hairdresser for a wedding blow dry 😊 Highly recommend 👌

Being an excellent host ,Guiseppe was waiting for us when we arrived in order to guide us and give us the necessary information for the proper functioning of the apartment . We loved and appreciated that he shares with us the history of his beautiful home,transmitted to his family for a very long time ,as well as the transformations he has made there. We were looking for a quiet place in a good location and we found it in Carpignano , a great base for visiting the area! I recommend it.

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

We enjoyed an incredible one week stay. Stunning location - excellent for exploring southern area of Puglia and enjoying the beauty & serenity of Mancaversa. The fabulous accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos just cannot do justice to the view from the property and the sound of the sea was soothing every day. The property has good space inside and outside, we felt very at home. Franceso was an extremely helpful host. He provided clear instructions on getting to the property and finding our way around the local area. He was responsive when we needed to seek some medical assistance too. He really made our stay as smooth as possible.

Villa with a beautiful outdoor space, a superb terrace and a pool with a sea view. The interior of the villa is smaller but well-equipped and sufficient. Two independent sleeping areas, which can be appreciated for the privacy of each. Isolated villa in the heart of nature, there are therefore many different insects. Alberto and Chiara were very welcoming and responsive. We had a basket filled with various local specialties that we enjoyed a lot. We had a lovely stay.

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect at Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country lanes all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. The house is also absolutely perfect for a stay in the middle of nature. Thank you, Stefania, for the beautiful days! Chaya, Toni and Andreas

We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!
