Very quiet 1 room studio-flat on the ground floor of a charming stone and brick house with a private garden, in the city centre of Albi (twelve minutes walk from the cathedral and the old city centre, 5 mn from the railway station and 4 mn from the university ), it includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table to relax after visiting , opening on the little garden, an open kitchen, a table to eat or work and a big bathroom (shower+ bath) as well as separate toilets.

In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival.
