Apartment holiday rentals in Gainesville

Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

Excellent stay! The home was as described. It was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. Very convienent location. Host was responsive and friendly. I would definately stay again. A+

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark but that one’s on us. Otherwise it was quiet, peaceful stay. The location is near to plenty of restaurants and shops for needs and wants. When we’re in Gainesville again we’ll see if this one’s available.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to UF campus and sporting venues. Walkable to restaurants and area attractions. Will book again!

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Was a great location for us to attend graduation at UF. Conveniently located to restaurants.

10/10 recommend! The perfect spot for my quick trip. Clean, comfortable beds, peaceful neighborhood and walkable to yummy food. Maria was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This was a cozy and comfortable condo to stay at. I really liked the decor and furnishings, I felt very at home. The bedroom TV was a plus! This place is in a very convenient location right near lots of restaurants and shopping and the UF campus.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it had everything I needed. Laundry and cooking were easy. Lily and Matthew were quick to respond to all my questions. Cute apartment in a really lovely part of Gainesville with lots of nice walking around options.

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Beautiful place and very clean! Had all the essentials - kitchen items, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. Pleasant back deck overlooking a grassy area, great living room area, lots of closet space, nice washer/dryer, blackout shades in spacious bedrooms. Niki was quick to respond and very helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Hannah was great to communicate with. The room was great to have while staying in Gainesville! The complex has a lot of nice space outside. The location was close to the Shands Hospital which was the reason for my stay.
