The Peacock Perch is named after the resident peacocks family. The suite is connected to an occupied house by a locking breezeway. The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! The walk from the cabin to the lakefront is down hill and semi steep, but terraced. 🦚Short stay cleaning fee $50 🦚morning check in 🦚late afternoon check out 🦚no minimum stay, come for just a single night if you wish!

A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Guests have access to 2 kayaks and a canoe.

You'll love the access to walk downtown, its just a short 10 min walk. Stadium is a 10 minute drive or 25 ish minute walk.] Bedroom can sleep 2 in the bed its a full. Couch in the living room for a third. If you want to bring more guests thats totally okay. I just ask for $20 per extra guest if its over 3 guests. Bring an air mattress.
