Welcome to the bright poolside studio apartment: LUNA. It features an open-plan living area and kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom divided by a screen. The curtains are not blackout, but you will still enjoy a great night's sleep using the provided sleep masks. The accommodation is air-conditioned. We provide a starter set of bed linens and towels. Your pets are welcome; each accommodation features a dedicated, shaded, and fenced-in area right next to it. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not let them roam freely in the property's shared garden. Use of the outdoor pool is shared with any guests staying in the second accommodation unit. Outside guests are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the water, but they may stay with you in the pool area—on a leash—provided no other guests are present. The caretaker lives in the central apartment to attend to guests' needs and look after the property.

Our apartment is ready to welcome you. It measures 60 square meters (646 square feet) and is cozy and tidy. Giorgia (me) and Federico (her husband, an engineer who designed every inch of it) take care of it. In Gaiofana, on the 2nd floor, with a private entrance and a fenced private garden 15 min drive to: -mare -Rimini centro -Riccione -San Marino 20 min from Misano World Circuit MotoGP. A little blue house on the beach

Small two-room apartment on the ground floor in the border area between Viserba and Viserbella. Intimate and welcoming environment, 60 meters from the beach, 6 km from the historic center of Rimini and a 10-minute drive from Rimini Fiera. There is a WiFi connection, cooking utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and sheets, two TVs and finally two bikes that are included in the price of the stay. All views are on the condominium's private property for the benefit of greater privacy.
