There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

The nearest beach is about 400 meters away, while many other beaches are within walking distance. Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on a hilltop in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Archon. It is the first fully independent building in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.

The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
