Communication with Andrés was excellent.

The apartment is very comfortable, it is totally true to the published images and is very close to the sea and the stellar hotel (we attend an academic event in the stellar and we could walk). The beds and spaces were spotless and we found everything we needed for our stay, the air conditioners worked perfectly and were located in the rooms and the room, which meant the apartment was always cool. Nelly and her husband were very attentive to our arrival, they gave us recommendations, they assisted us in all our doubts and were flexible with the check-out times. Both are friendly and warm people. The building is safe, clean, the goal staff is very friendly, the pool was fantastic and in general I 100% recommend this accommodation. I'd definitely come back.

It is a modern apartment, all very useful and practical , what you need to spend a full vacation, beach, gym, security, security, views, pool and above all comfort, I would come back , I would say 10 out of 10.

Our stay there was great! Claudia is one of the best hosts we’ve had on Airbnb. She was super responsive all the time, proactive and gave us instructions on advance. She allowed us to stay a bit more of the time of the check out as we had to leave later that day. The place was spotless super convenient and walking distance from the sea and all the touristic places, perfect spot and nice neighborhood. We hope we can come back next vacations, totally worth it!

4.5 stars. The excellent place as well as its furniture and appliance in good condition, everything is very good. The only thing I would add is that in the description of the place you must add the cost of the handle per guest that has a value of 15k. This money is additional to the payment of the reservation, not this but I should mention it in the description of the apartment, however everything else was excellent, it was complied with.

The place coincided with all the specifications, I really liked the attention, how quickly they responded, the place is in a very strategic place since we were able to go with the family to tour very good restaurants nearby, the place is really touristy and is one of the best experiences we had in Santa Marta

Great for the value and convenience of location; access to pools, jacuzzi and el Rodadero beach. Be aware that all additional guests need to be signed into the main desk at check in. Communication was good as well.

The apartment is great, exactly as described and can be seen in the photographs. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and in the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare whatever you want. It's cozy and comfortable, the best thing is the magnificent view it has over the bay :) The building is safe and very well located, it is in the southern part of the Rodadero, in the quietest part of the beach; direct access to the beach is a huge advantage! You also have incredible views from the pool! Luca is a very good host, always willing to address any concerns, very kind and attentive, even for the suggestions he gives you about local attractions. Overall I highly recommend it and would definitely stay at this place again when I visit Santa Marta again!

Everything was very good, they just lacked flexibility with the check out, considering that the check in was very late.

The apartment is very nice! It is a new building in a very good location. The administration is super good and the communication with the person who manages it is also very fast and timely. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to spend a few days with the family. The only thing is that there's been a very strong gas smell in the apartment for the last two days! The technicians went to check and they say that there is no leak but the smell is uncomfortable and it is dangerous to think that this smell can come from something serious. It would be good to check in depth because it is very delicate. But everything else is great!!! Fully recommended.

I would go back without thinking, if you are hesitating to choose this Airbnb, do not hesitate and do it, I think it is a very good price for how beautiful it is, its common areas, its staff, the apartment, everything, really highly recommended, thank you very much.

Everything is very good in the accommodation, you can enjoy the beach and the facilities of the compound that are top notch. Mrs. Patricia is a very friendly person and always attentive to everything. My family really enjoyed the vacation. Thank you.
