I went with my family and the apartment is excellent, very comfortable, very complete, the view is an incredible thing, it has become our favorite apartment to return to Santa Marta, highly recommended. My only suggestion is: the living room does not have air conditioning, sometimes it gets very hot and if or if you need to leave for the rooms, it would be great to be able to have an air in the living room.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. A very nice, spacious, bright space with a beautiful view! It was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Its location is excellent, it is close to restaurants, shops, etc. The host David was very kind, he was attentive to our arrival and stay and ready to answer any questions. I would definitely return to this accommodation! Recommended! 100/10

Magnificent place, good location, excellent furnishings, better than the description, good communication with Ludis who was very attentive, cozy pool although we could hardly enjoy it for maintenance on Wednesday. Thank you so much for everything, we were in a very nice place. Everything was perfect.

The place is very well located 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, agencies to hire tours. It's very nice and faithful to the photos, everything is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. We took some divine photos in the pool with the view of the sea and the beautiful sunset. I recommend going up from 5:30 to 6 pm. Viviana and Janeth were always very attentive and we were able to leave our suitcases in the Lobby after handing over the apartment and take the opportunity to linger on the beach. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Excellent property! Comfortable and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV as it was always unzipped and it's the only one in the house, but everything else was fine!

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back. Thanks again!

The stay was incredible, great location... the only thing is that there were no toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and others. Everything else is spectacular. The lady who received us was very formal and attentive.

We loved the stay with you, without a doubt, we will return. It was too clean, tidy, and with all the necessary implements. We felt safe and very comfortable, The only recommendation is to check the washing machine, since we washed white clothes and they came out stained, or make the recommendation to the next residents. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort has easy access to the beach and several swimming pools including one with a park for children. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the city, the Sierra Nevada mountains as well as the sea. I recommend 100% for a small family or a couple! El apartamento fue limpió, large and comfortable. El complejo tiene un acceso facil a la playa, tambien tiene varias piscinas, una con parque para los niños. El balcón ofrece una vista estupenda sobre la ciudad, las montañas de la Sierra Nevada y el mar. Le recomiendo para una pequeña familia o una pareja!

What a great location for the sunset. It was also really nice to have access to the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful using it. It reduces a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean. You walk outside & you're literally on the beach. Playa Salguero is a great place to swim. You also get to be around the local fisherman which is nice The apartment is very comfortable and Pedro is a great host. Very responsive. About a 15 minute drive to Santa Marta. Gathering at sunset is a beautiful part of the experience.
