Our guesthouse has 4 beds, but if needed, we can accommodate + 2-3 people in a separate building with a separate bathroom. Air conditioning is only in the community area. Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Just a few steps from the property there are cafes, shops, a bakery and a pastry shop.

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Big garden for parking with fence, few minutes walking to the spa. It's beautiful and safe here with nice neighborhood. there are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 closed balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the view, 1 big living room where you can also sleep if the 2 bedrooms are not enough. You can have barbecue in the garden. We speak Serbian, Chinese, English, Italian, Hungarian. We have 2 friendly ponnies in backyard that kids really love. Pets are all warmly welcome.

The property is a traditional house (built 1891) with private garden, grass farmyard and orchard. It is completely renovated, very comfortable and well-equipped. There is lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax and experience traditional village life. All village shops, swimming pool and amenities are a short walk or cycle from the house. Couples, groups and families love the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the house and the village. The thermal baths at Pačir are 4km away.
