Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint-Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier. Good tastings of local wines are also recommended in the cellars.

42m² house with its private 100m² garden and 2 terraces with PIZZA oven. A private heated swimming pool of 10m² overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds ( without time constraints for use) , a Mediterranean garden is present with palm tree, coconut tree, lemon tree, banana tree and olive tree. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Bienvenue dans notre charmante maison, idéale pour un séjour relaxant en famille, entre amis ou en couple. Située dans un environnement naturel, elle vous offre tout le confort nécessaire pour vous sentir bien. Des chemins et sentiers tout autour de la maison permettent de belles randonnées à pied ou en vtt. La maison est située dans un petit village proche de Sommiéres, entre Montpellier et Nîmes, à 45 min de la plage ou du Pic St Loup !
