Ideal solution to enjoy the holidays in Salento. Francesco was always very helpful and precise in all phases of the stay, from the preparation of the arrival to the information on everything about the house and the best of the surroundings. The apartment is simply the best we could have expected for its location by the sea, tranquility, cleanliness and amenities. The only problem is having to leave, but we will do everything to return. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Spacious house with a huge plot and beautiful views in a very quiet location. The evening lighting gives the property a special atmosphere. We have rarely been in a house/apartment that was so clean. All cooking utensils are available. Mattia and his father Roberto are extremely helpful and warm hosts who responded promptly to all questions and gave us many valuable tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

Awesome place, really beautiful house, was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. The place was very well stocked with everything we needed! We really enjoyed the stay here and if you do you must try Gusti Giusti pizza restaurant it was devine!

We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!

Wonderful hosts very warm and friendly . Antonio and Claudio are a delight. Very comfortable house with magnificent gardens and great swimming pool. Any easy 20min drive to gorgeous Lecce and close by to lots of other parts of Salento. A magical oasis in which to relax between adventures! Handy restaurant next door at the Agritourismo.

The house is really nice and our kids loved the huge garden to play as well as the pool. Everything was also very clean and Fabrizio is a very kind and helpful person who provided nice tips for restaurants or where to buy fresh fish.

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Gorgeous property with amazing outdoor terraces and seating areas, which we enjoyed every night to socialise in. We never grew tired of the view over the pool to the sea. Federico (the local host) was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing recommendations for local festivals and events. Plentiful supply of hot water throughout the day and night. Really well-stocked kitchen for utensils and pots / pans, only thing we missed was some oven gloves (but maybe that's just a British thing!). Great outdoor cooking / dining area which we used for every breakfast / evening meal to soak in the view. Thoroughly recommend this property and this area of Italy. We did not want to leave or return home.

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

A little paradise – highly recommended! We were very lucky to be able to spend a few days in this wonderful accommodation – and what can we say: It was simply fantastic! The magnificent view is hard to put into words and has inspired us every day. The house is very clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – you can see in every detail how much heart was put into it. There is really nothing missing, so you feel comfortable from the first moment. A special highlight is the large pool, which makes the complex a small oasis - perfect for relaxing and enjoying. However, what made the stay unforgettable was the incredibly nice landlord. We have rarely experienced a host who is there for his guests with so much warmth and dedication. You feel welcome and well looked after - simply wonderful! We can highly recommend this place!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

We had a wonderful time. Lots of space in the villa for two families and the teenagers loved having their own bathrooms! Very helpful in every way, we had a lovely dinner in the recommended restaurant in the village. We would definitely return!

We spent seven amazing nights at Franco’s place. The house and its surroundings are just stunning. I second the person who had said that the pictures do not do justice to this place; the view is breathtaking and the house itself is lovely and cozy. We immediately felt home here, and it was very difficult to leave. Franco sent very helpful instructions on how to get in the house, and he was always available and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Nieves is a truly lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Her recommendations were invaluable and it was a genuine pleasure to meet her and her family. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. The large open terraces and pool surrounding the house make it a great place for socialising as a large group whilst enjoying the peace of its spectacular surroundings. It is easy to access and nearby the historic city of Lecce with all it has to offer including stunning baroque architecture and some great bars and restaurants. We will be back! We had a lovely stay at Villa Pethra Maris. The beautiful landscape and surroundings were incomparable! Lots of relaxation and games by the pool as we looked on to the gorgeous sea view(which you never get tired of). The hosts and owner were so responsive with all of our needs or any issues. The kids very much enjoyed the little house cat Petra-she seems to guard the place and makes the villa feel like home. The area has too many lovely places to visit -so we will just have to go back soon!😂.

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. Molte grazie Anna e Toni, e spero di rivedervi presto!

A truly unforgettable stay! Every detail of this villa transmits care and refinement: from elegant and comfortable suites to the fully equipped kitchen, to the private pool immersed in a quiet and fragrant garden. At sunset, sipping a glass of wine on the patio with the singing of cicadas is pure magic. Very close to Gallipoli, but away from the chaos: a perfect retreat. Guglielmo is an impeccable host, attentive and always available. An experience that we will carry in our hearts and that I recommend to anyone who wants to experience the authentic beauty of Salento.

Antonino and his family were very kind and welcoming: we felt like we were with friends! The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, very well equipped and very large for our family of 5. Our 4-year-old daughter loved the pool, the sandbox and collecting eggs and picking fruit. What can I say about the location, wow! We loved having dinner and lunch on the terrace with the view! We highly recommend it and would return without hesitation.

A wonderful place for a peaceful rest. Spacious interiors with all comforts, well-maintained area and a pool where you can relax all day long. Ruggiero and Angelo are very helpful and always available. If you dream of a peaceful Italian holiday away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. I recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back ❤️

We had a lovely stay at the trullo. It felt very safe and was very peaceful. The only neighbours were some occasional goats, a cat and a local farmer on his tractor. The couple who managed the property in particular were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in terms of answering any questions we had.

Samuele and his family welcomed us into their home and we immediately felt at home. Samuele is very responsive and answered us very quickly, he also gave us a lot of tips on the area. The house is exactly as described, very clean and tidy. Equipped with all the comforts, including the kitchen where all the utensils and dishes were present. The property is also well maintained and fenced externally and has a gazebo where you can dine while the sun goes down. There is also an alarm system. We really enjoyed it, the spaces are well managed and there is a lot of tranquility, you sleep very well! Definitely a place I'd go back to!
