Fantastic stay. The view is absolutely incredible. So much better than it looks in the photos. We watched sunrise and sunset every day. Even when it rains, the house is amazing because of the view. Truly wonderful. Close to town about a 25min walk one way (we walked into the boulangerie each morning). I wished that they’d left small things like trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc but we went to the grocery story anyway so it was not an issue. Hosts were really communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is exceptionally well located, ideal for visiting the north of Cap Corse. The views from each window are like postcards of the sea. A rooftop completes this ensemble. The house is in a village where all amenities are a 5-minute walk away. All this made it possible to fully enjoy our stay.

The house is in a prime location above Favone. The house and the decor are very high quality and very tasteful. We felt very comfortable right away. In the village, there are great restaurants with very friendly and helpful staff. The house is also the ideal starting point for many excursion destinations. You are torn to and fro to spend the days in this wonderful house or to explore the area. From the terrace, you have a sensational view of the mountain ranges as well as the Bay of Favone. The communication with Lilyan was very good and extraordinarily friendly. The house was in perfect condition. Upon our arrival. We will return.

We were there with three other friends. The house is extremely well equipped. Supermarket, etc. in the immediate vicinity. The communication with Julia was great. With the pool and the beach right outside the door, nothing was missing. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the great time with you.

We were with Elisabeth at the beginning of July with two children and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment itself offers everything you need and the outdoor area is fantastic — super well-kept garden, a large terrace incl. a grill and a great pool with a view. If we weren't out and about in the beautiful area, we were actually always outside. Elisabeth and her husband are great hosts. They welcomed us warmly, were available when we had questions and otherwise left us our privacy. Since our French skills are rather modest, we were also glad that both spoke a little English. We can definitely recommend the place and would come back any time.

Excellent stay that was due to the quality of this little haven of peace and the kindness and responsiveness of our host. She even managed to make the hunt for a car charging station much less stressful, and I'm not sure we could have made it back to the airport without her! A big thank you! One of the hosts who will leave a lasting impression on us after more than 10 years of Airbnb!

Probably the best place to sleep in Calvi! Very functional accommodation (everything you need is in the apartment), sea within walking distance by a small path with swimming at the foot of the rocks, private terrace with breathtaking sea and citadel views. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the center of Calvi and the port, while being in a quiet and peaceful place to sleep! Don't hesitate if you want to have a good vacation. ☺️ Nathalie is also kind, responsive and accommodating, thank you to her for hosting in her region. 😉

We had a wonderful stay, many thanks to the great hosts! The apartment was great and it was really everything you needed, the best equipped apartment in which we have ever stayed! Everything is sparkling clean, new and high-quality. And the heated pool is simply a dream :) Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the stay at Marie Do very much. She always made sure that we lacked nothing. The apartment is small but nice and in good weather you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings or the large balcony. The pool is super nice and you can swim in it wonderfully, or cool off. Beautiful restaurants nearby and also the access to the long sandy beach - on the other side of the harbor - is within walking distance. The beach in front of the complex is not so suitable for swimming, as it is stony and has sea urchins. Many great hikes (arrival by car) nearby and also lively cities to visit. We, a couple and one child, stayed for one week in this apartment, which is part of a small cluster of apartments near the sea. Hélène met us on arrival and showed us in — she was very helpful and always responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is small but cozy and had everything we needed. The view of the Mediterranean from the apartment is amazing. Although it was too cold to swim in the pool in April, it looked very clean and well maintained. We swam and snorkeled (with wetsuits) at the small beach just a stone’s throw from the apartment and enjoyed hiking on the beautiful coastal trail nearby. Calvi’s charming old town is only a five-minute walk away, with its delicious restaurants, cafés, and shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. Enjoy Corsica!

Thank you for the pleasent stay. We enjoyed our stay and the location. Everything was as descriped and in good conditions. The only downside ist the price for the towels etc. AS for the price it should be included and not bei priced so high. Overall we can recommend this place. Many thanks

The welcome was amazing, warm and pleasant. Madeleine picked us up by car in the city to guide us to the house. The house is spacious and nice, the view and the pool are superb. The only downside would be the lack of a few basic supplies: bath mats and dish towels. Namely the air conditioning is not working. Thanks again to Madeleine for hosting us.

We have been very happy with this place and the friendly contact with the owners. The alternating swimming pool (very well maintained) and sea (nearby or further afield) was a great opportunity for our six-year-old grandson to learn to swim while having fun. The proximity to the national road is an asset to get around easily, as a (slight) inconvenience for those who are sensitive to the unavoidable noise from cars. The proximity to the surrounding nature delighted us and had breakfast (late) in the company of the black milans and a crécerelle falcon flying over the nearby field was a charming experience. (There is also a beautiful story of Mr. Varetto with a milan that he will surely tell you if you ask him.) The attic apartment requires some attention to avoid banging your head, but all the beams are lined with a protective foam that helps...
