Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

City center loft

The flat is great! There were four of us and we were very comfortable. Both couples had their privacy and their own bathroom and the large common area is very stylishly decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen! We were able to safely park our car in the locked garage in the house. The loft is in a very nice downtown area and we spent the 4 days exclusively on foot! In addition, of course, the hostess is very nice and helpful! We can recommend the loft with a clear conscience!!

Warm & eclectic flat in Antwerp’s historic center

Koen's accommodation is very clean, spacious and modern. The shower is worthy of a 4-star hotel and the kitchen is super modern with sparkling, ice or boiling water to choose from at the tap! There is only one bed (very large and very comfortable), the sofa is not convertible, but Koen added a mattress at our request and it was perfect. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the center, and a 15-minute walk from the port. There is a metro station 10 minutes away to go to the central station. Koen is a friendly and very considerate host. He responded to our messages quickly. We had a great stay at Koen's and we recommend this host 100%.
